Perfect Smile

Ch.2

Saturday

I woke up that day feeling soo weird all of sudden. Dad walked in, "What are you doing this weekend?" Dad asked me. "Hanging out with a friend I met in school yesterday." I said as I looked at Dad and yawning. "Ight, what time are you leaving tonight?" Dad asked. "Around 8p.m." I said.

Dad smiles, " I would love to meet this friend of yours tonight before you leave." Dad said and I nodded my head yes. Dad walks out the room, and I sighed really hard.

My phone vibrates on my night stand.

To: Emily

From: Allison

Hey, I'm so excited about tonight. I cant wait to see you.

I blushed so hard and texted back.

To: Allison

From: Emily

Me too. You'll get to meet my Dad also. So, be prepared.

I held my phone close to my chest and sighed. I just hope Dad likes her because he can be real judgey about people I've become close friends to.

To: Emily

From: Allison

I' promise I'll behave.

I giggled so hard. I really like her and she bring out the real me. Wow, the real me...what was the real me? Gay?

I placed my phone down on the night stand and ran downstairs into the kitchen to fix me something to eat. I saw Dad on the phone talking to his new boss about his hours because of me and him living here.

I grabbed me some eggs and bacon and cooked it. Dad walks in behind, "Mmmm It smells really good in here. Is that for me to?" Dad asked. I waved my head no and smiled at him as he kissed my forehead.

After I ate, I went upstairs to my room and laid on my bed and watched tv and fell asleep.

7 hours later...

I woke up and looked at the clock it was 6:30. I was like damn and got up and gotten dressed.

7:59p.m.

There was a knock at the door and it was Allison. Dad answered the door and let her in.

"So, you're my daughter new friend," Dad asked. "Yes sir. Your daughter is amazing." Allison said. Dad looked at her confused. I walked downstairs, Allison and Dad looked at me very shocked. " What?" I asked and looked at me. "Nothing. You look very beautiful tonight." Allison said to me and I blushed. "Well, thank you." I said as I walked downstairs.

"Well, have my daughter back before midnight ight." Dad said to Allison. "No problem sir." Allison said and opened the front door for me and we walked out the door together.

As we were walking, Allison put her hand on my back as she opened the car door. Dad looked out the window and saw that and was shocked.

We went to the 'The Iron House'.

Allison and I sat in the back of the restaurant where no one was even here on a Saturday. The waiter walked to us, "What would you ladies have to drink for tonight?" The waiter asked us. "I'll have some iced tea please." I said. Allison wrapped her arm around me, "I will have the same." Allison said and smiled.

"I don't think your dad like me that much." Allison said to me. "Oh, he means well. He just overprotective over me that's all." I said. "That's understandable. My mom sounds like that." Allison said. I sighed and looked around the restaurant. "Oh, I'm sorry. You okay?" Allison asked me.

I sighed.

"My mom passed away a year ago thru cancer and its been really hard without a mom and with only dad." I said. "Oh my...I'm so sorry Em." Allison said and hugged me. She looked at me, as she rubbed my chin and looked at my lips and leans in to kiss me.

I smiled and continued kissing her.

11:50p.m.

We finally made it back home. "I had a great time with you Em. I hope we can do this again." Allison said . I smiled and lean back in to kiss her.

"Yeah, me too." I said and got out of the car and waved goodbye at her as she drove away. I sighed. That was amazing with her and I never experienced being with someone fun as she is. I unlocked the front door of my house, "You're early?" Dad asked me walking downstairs. "Yeah, I decided to come home early." I said.

I put my purse down on the couch.

"Can I ask you a question?" Dad asked me. "Yeah." I said. "Is she gay? Because, before you guys left in her car I saw her put her hand on your back close to your butt and I was like she got to be gay if she does that?" Dad said. "No, I don't think so. Why you asked that for?" I asked.

"Because, I don't want you turning that way like how the world is now." Dad said. I sighed, "Dad, she's not like that!!!!" I yelled. "Ight, I'm sorry. I'm just saying." Dad said and hugged me.

I ran upstairs to my room and slammed the door and locked it. I couldn't believe my dad would say that. So, what if she 's gay? There's nothing wrong with that. Gosh, why he got be so judgey for? I know mom would've loved her sooo much. She always loved being around me and my friends all the time.

I went to the bathroom, took my clothes off, took a long bathe and soaked in.

My phone vibrated.

To: Emily

From: Allison.

I had a great time with you. And, especially those kisses from you. You got me thinking hard about you right now.

To: Allison

From: Emily

Awww me too. same, I can't stop thinking about you either.

To: Emily

From: Allison

Then, you know what??? Let's make it official. Would you like to be my girlfriend?

I sighed and looked around my room. I would love to sooo much but my dad wouldn't like that at all. But, hey it's my life...

To: Allison

From: Emily

I would love to be your girlfriend. But, we will have to keep this between us because my dad doesn't like people like this.

To: Emily

From: Allison

Our secret is safe with me. So, see ya at school tmr babe. Gn. Ilu.

To: Allison

From: Emily

Lol, oh okay. See ya at school tmr. Gn, I love you too.

I placed my phone back down on the night stand and smiled soo hard thinking about her and our date. So, I fell asleep.
