"we dem boys" rani mumbled the song as me him and tay walking into mama d house

"hey mama d" tay said as she smile and waved she was cooking something, mama d was my grandma but everybody around here treated her like she was as theirs too and she had no problem with that

"yall talked to jojo and zavvy"i asked as i watched rani pull up youtube on my laptop, shortly after i heard lifestyle by young thug play as tyler shook his head

"of course we were close to jojo and zavvy too but it was always me rani and tay, if i had brothers i would want it to be them.

"ay after we eat y'all tryna hit the courts"rani asked and tay just nodded and i shrugged. tay rarely talked only if he felt it was needed, rani was the opposite he just loved the sound of his own voice i was just nonchalant

"food ready" mama d said knocking softly in my door,i paused the music and we all walked down the stairs to eat.

"junie moveeee you ain't got no girl friends damn"rani said to junie his god sister she was only younger than him by a month or two but he swear that's enough to be the boss of her

"matter fact ion wanna play ball with y'all no way imma walk to ky house, and imma tell yo mama u be cussin "she laughed as she walked off giving him the finger

"yeah yeah go play with ky in the burbs"he said flipping her off in return. Ky grew up with us but her mom married her new stepdad and he had money so she lived in the suburbs now.

"aye why zavvy and jo talking to big los"tay said making me shake my head and huff before walking over there as they followed me.

i know big los was bad new from past encounters with him so the last thing i want is them to be talking to him

"what the hell is y'all doing, get y'all asses from over here" i said standing between them and big los

"ro move yuon' even know what you talking bout" joni shoved me a little bit

I don't know"i jerked my head back putting and emphasis on the I "if anybody know it's me nigga niggas like him is why i live with my granny " i said pushing him back

"yeah but niggas like him are why yo granny got that nice ass house" he said pushing me again

"my granny live nicely cos my daddy was a dealer but look where that got him,in a fucking grave and my mama too and it's niggas like him fault niggas who prey in dumb nigga like you who ain't got shit never had shit and make you think that shit worth it but i promise you it's not" i said before pushing him again making him fall to the ground.

me and jo fought often our personalities were just too similar, so i knew just like he knew he wasn't gonna win this but that ain't gone stop me or him.

he got up and swung and miss causing me to rush him and keep swinging until he eventually fell to the ground.

"aight ro damn" rani said as him and tay pulled me off him, that's when i looked over to see zavvy  dapping big los up and just like that i was mad all over again

"man fuck you niggas for real yall selfish as duck and i hope one day it bite y'all right in the ass,don't bother apologizing this time either i swear i'm done" i fussed walking off

eventually i walked all the way to the bp,noticing that rani and ray wasn't with me they was prolly talking sense into the other two

walking in i saw junie sitting on the counter by the ice machines with ky standing beside her.

"dang ro what happened to you"ky rude ass said as i started making my icee

"well hello to you to rude ass" i scrunched my face up as i put the top on the cup and stared look for some chips

"it was jojo huh? what he do this time" junie asked hopping down to come stand next to me looking up at me

"i think him and zavvy tryna cut a deal with big los"i watched as her mouth fell open "exactly " i said walking to the register with them two not too far behind me

we had left and we're now walking back in the direction of the courts, to get rani and tay. i already know tay gone try to make me head they side but i don't care he always tryna see the hood in somethin he gone get his ass hurt

"to man let me-no tay i don't want to hear i" i shook my head cutting him off as we met up with him and rani

"you know how jojo mama is he just tryna make sure he straight i know he doing it the wrong way but still" he shrugged

"same way we know it's wrong he should too and he know mama d doors always open heen gotta do that shit, and zavvy don't even gotta excuse so i don't to hear it"the rest of the walk was silent

"if y'all are gone stay call your parents for permission except you junebug i already talked to you mom" mrs.valencia tania mom said as we all nodded

i stepped out the room and called mama d asking if she would bring me some extra clothes and the other stuff i'mma need for the night

i went back into the room to wait as tay came back with a bag of clothes cos he lived in the same apartment building. once we all got out clothes and we all showered we decided to watch a movie

i sat on the floor between rani and junie as we watched pukka on the tv, i honestly didn't wanna watch this shit i don't fuck with that demonic shit at all
i felt junie lock her fingers with mine making me look over at her with a smirk as she laid her head on my shoulder, i eventually turned back to the tv and we just chilled and joked for most of the night

so i plan to revamp this story because i really feel like it has potential but i kinda just gave up on it so we gone try again guys
