Childhood

Techno a tall kid for his age, 4"5 feet and six years old, while Dream on the other hand was the same age but 4"0 feet. Techno had hair right below his ears which was strawberry blonde and dream had long unkept hair down to his back. His hair was like this because Dream and his younger sister lived on the streets.

Dream's hair was normally a bright shade of blonde but because of his living situation started turning to a more brownish blonde color. Techno had shockingly icy blue eyes that could strike fear into even the toughest kids while Dream had deep beautiful emerald green eyes.

Dream's face was loaded with freckles scattered all over his face. Techno, because of a birth defect, had skin tinted slightly pink and pointing elf like ears with one abnormally elongated tooth that sticks out of his mouth.

Dream and Techno together created the mask he wears to this day because it helps hide his face from the people Dream steals from.

Techno always went home and told his father, Philza, about his friend Dream. Philza always thought it was an imaginary friend Techno made up because he was so lonely. (wow harsh Philza 😒)

One day though Techno convinced Dream to come to his house to play. Dream agreed because he was tired of playing on the playground. He told Techno he would go if you could bring his little sister, Drista. Techno agreed excited that his father would finally meet Dream.

Techno walked up to his father and said "Daddy Daddy look! It's my friend Dream!!" Philza turned around expecting to see nothing and was getting his acting on as he turned.

His eyes widened to see a dirty boy in basically rags with hair that was terriblely kept and a crudely drawn smiley face mask holding a little girl in the same conditions. Philza immediately took the children and took them inside. Techno curiously followed behind.

Philza cleaned the children and was surprised to find their brownish blonde hair turn to beautiful bright blonde. Philza dressed Dream in some of Techno's clothes and for Drista got a T-shirt from Tommy and it fit pretty well and paired it with Tommy's pants to go with it. it was a good fit besides it being a little big. (Some background info Tommy is 3 and Drista is 2 and yes I know Tommy is actually older than that but right now I don't care).

Philza started questioning Dream intensely and Dream started fidgeting and getting uncomfortable.

"Where are your parents?" "Uh-"
"Do you have anymore siblings?" "Um-"
"Where do you live?" "I-"

Techno saw the discomfort on Dream's face and stepped in front of Dream (Btw Techno could read Dream's expressions because he has gotten so used to the make he can read him just by his mouth).Philza raised an eyebrow confused about what Techno was doing. Techno then said "Stop! Your making him uncomfortable!!"

Then Techno grabbed Dream's hand and dragged him to his room. Philza let out a chuckle but it was of stress. He needed to question Dream so he could get answers and then the help Dream needed.

Back in Techno's room Dream started crying into Techno's shoulder from the stress of the questions. Dream looked over at his sister and picked her up. She was asleep which made Dream with with relief. He layed her back down and went over then snuggled into Techno's chest.

~3 Months Later~

Philza never adopted Dream but Dream was there 4 days a week. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Wilbur, who was 2 years older than Techno. Was always nice to Dream and treated him nicely while Tommy on the other hand would always talk down to Dream and never said anything nice to him. In the future Tommy apologizes for his actions but at the time felt no shame.

Dream and Techno made spot for each other and just each other right by a little stream. Above the stream was their favorite tree, a weeping willow. Everyday before they left the would get the water and jump around, after that they took a rock and put it in a hole in the weeping willow. So when they got older they could come back and look at all the times they came to their spot.

One day when Techno went to the spot Dream wasn't there. It was Sunday so Dream wasn't supposed to go to Phil's house so he decided to wait until tomorrow to know for sure if he was gone. But until then Techno waited at the spot. Seconds became minutes, minutes became hours, and before Techno knew it went from 7am to 3am.

Philza was freaking out running around everywhere trying to find him. Techno eventually felt tired and decided to go home. But before he left he did the ritual without Dream. He splashed in the water but because he was so tired he fell over. He got up and just put a rock in the tree and left.

The minute Philza saw Techno he ran over to him and hugged. That was also the time he realized he was wet.

He decided to lecture him in the morning. Philza was tired and Techno was tired so I doubt he would even listen and Philza would probably say it wrong or something.

He changed Techno and layed him in his bed and then Phil fell asleep in his own room. When Techno woke he immediately looked at the time. It was 3 pm (15 in military time) and he knew Dream would be at the house.

Techno got up and weent by his dads room to see he was still asleep. He walked to the living room to see Dream bawling, Wilbur trying to comfort Dream with Tommy laughing at Dream.

Techno ran but to Dream and hugged him tight and gave Tommy a death glare that shut him up. Dream cried into Techno's chest and Techno asked what was wrong. Dream managed to choke out "M-My Si-ste-r i-is m-missing".
