As the sun set, the Goodmares went in to their homes,and the Nightmares came out came out of hiding . Everything seemed perfectly fine that night, but is was anything but fine. Sunsets friend Sunlight was attacked by a Nightmare, and sadly she didn't survive the attack. When day came, Sunset found Sunlights lifeless body on the edge of the woods. Dr. Life said that Sunlight was killed by the Nightmare that chased Sunset, Nightmare 100. Everyone started to look for things that Nightmares commonly drop while making a kill, like gold. But instead they found a small baby Nightmare, she was tall and had a large build, all black with a long mare and tail. It was very easy to tell she was a pure bred Nightmare. On the cage she was in, was a tag the read, "My name is Night Killer. My mom is who you call Nightmare 100 and my dad is who you call Nightmare 99." A Goodmare named Starlight, adopted her, but never told her who her real parents are, or who she truly is. When Dr. Life looked at her, he noticed that Night Killer was growing faster than the Goodmares her age. They learn that Nightmares grow faster than Goodmares, due to the way they live. Then one night, Night Killer went outside at night. Night Killer found a Nightmare, Nightmare 1. Nightmare 1 said that she had no interest in hurting her. Night Killer and Nightmare 1 walked for about 3 miles, through a dense, dark forests . On that walk Night Killer learned that Nightmare 1's real name is Death Killer. Night Killer also learned who her mom and dad are, her mom is "Nightmare 100" or as the Nightmares call, Ms. Killer of Light, and her dad "Nightmare 99" or as the Nightmares call, Mr. Killer of Light. The leaders of the Nightmares herd are Night Killers parents. At the end of their walk, they came to a massive, dark cave. Filled with Nightmares, Nightmares that were dangerous and able to kill at any moment. In the cave Night Killer meet her parents. Night Killers mom asked her if she wanted to hunt some Goodmares with her the next night. When day came, Starlight and the others started to look for Night Killer, but she was no where to be found around the Goodmare village.
