Queen Coral be like: (Picture above)

I walked back to the Entrance hall, my wings drooping. I should have taken her to the party in the first place. Now she was gone and probably not even coming back. Her family...  one day alive the next dead. What would she do when she got home and found it in ruins? Would she go back to her sister, Ostrich? Or would she come back to Jade Winglet and the academy?

I jumped into the air, knowing there was no point moping about the school when I had to tell Cliff, Apricot and Shard about Sandstorm anyways. I flew up to the western peak, ignoring my beating chest and lungs. I landed on the platform, walking past a confused looking Pike and heading through the tunnel.

'Time? Is that you?' An Icewing stood at the end of the passageway, the light from the moons making her shine but casting a deadly shadow in front of her. I was about to reply when a strange feeling hit me. The ground around me began to sway, or was I swaying? Shards shadow became bigger, teeth growing large in its mouth, blood dripping from its talons as it swiped around it. But no, that wasn't Shard. Shard was over there, leaping into the air and trying to escape. No, not escape. She was... she was chasing someone else. The vision dimmed, blurring my view and shaking the dragons faces. I squinted. No! It couldn't end now; I needed to know more! But the vision was gone, Shards shadow and the fleeing dragons leaving a stain on my memory, beside all the others.

'Timeturner? Timeturner?' Shard stood before me, holding me up in white wings.

'Why do you keep doing this? Oh, Time!' She cried, nudging me with cold talons. I blinked, my eyes refocusing. Her tail was resting over mine, her white wings wrapped around black.

'Shard, I'm ok. It's fine.' I said, sitting up and rubbing my head. Now she watched me with suspicion as her wariness and worry left her mind.

'Time, what was that?' She asked, putting a wing under mine and lifting me back onto my feet. I may as well tell the truth, not that she would believe me.

'That, was a vision.' I said shakily, my voice still steadying.

'No, not that. You whispered something.' Shard said, sitting back down on her haunches.

'I- I did?' I asked. Now that I came to think of it... I did remember the words to go with the prophecy... Didn't it go something like:

'As the winter slowly thaws,

its prized possession will take its place seeing its own teeth and claws,

A golden night filled with shining stars will take place,

revealing the dark, listening face,

of which can change all sides.

A dark enemy will arise,

filled with hatred and despise,

beware the one he seeks,

beware of how he can treat.

The day will be a snowstorm and forlorn,

and the dragon will be pulled and torn,

between longing love and hated rich,

 undivided loyalty and stealing selfishness,

for his fate can change all others.'

'Was that it?' I asked, my voice returning back to normal as I looked back at Shard. She nodded vigorously, too afraid to speak. What was that anyways? I never got prophecy powers. Never got any powers on that point. But then what explained this vision? And the other one too, I thought back to that horrible dream (Chapter 3) and the dragonet disappearing forever. Could they be linked somehow?

'Do not. E-ever do that again.' Shard managed to stutter eventually, staring at me as if I would just randomly have another vision. I nodded. I didn't actually want to either. Just then Cliff and Apricot entered, rushing over as soon as they saw us sitting in the tunnel.

'Er, hope you don't mind me asking but uh. What are you guys doing?' Cliff asked, tilting his head to the side the way he always does when he's puzzled about something.

'Nothing!' I said as Shard squeaked at the same time: 'Having a vision!' I sighed, there was no hiding this now.

'Really?' Cliff looked at me, raising an eyebrow. Oh well. I may as well tell the truth now that he Shard had already told him half of it.

'Yes, I did. I also... er... there was also a prophecy.' I muttered, looking at my claws again

'A prophecy? Like, where it is all CRYPTIC and YOU HAVE TO SOLVE IT and it's REALLY DANGEROUS BUT COMPLETELY AWESOME? That sort of prophecy?' Cried Apricot in excitement.

'Er... yes?' I replied. She let out a high pitched squeal before getting really close to my face, which I didn't appreciate, and said:

'Tell me it. I MUST HEAR IT!' I lowered my ears, her voice echoing around in my head for a moment.

'Not again.' Shard murmured, covering her head with her wings and peeking out from a mall sliver of space between them. Cliff just watched in silent amazement, nodding at me to start talking. Ugh. I didn't want to have to do this every time someone found out about it. It made my scales feel like they were being peeled off by ants. Very vicious fire breathing ants that have sharp fangs and poison and... and eight legs! I recalled the prophecy before repeating it, hopefully for the last time, and rolling my eyes as the Skywing and Rainwing gaped at me like some sort of beached fish.

'What? It's a prophecy. It's not like those aren't common anymore.' I said calmly, trying to take hold of the situation.

'A MOON BLASTED PROPHECY! ARE YOU FLIPPING KIDDING ME!?' Tsunami emerged from the shadows, a flabbergasted Pike following. We all nodded, looking at our talons. Tsunami glared at us before stomping on towards the party. I shared an anxious look with Cliff before jumping after her.  Before we got to the end of the tunnel I heard singing. but not the singing they were doing earlier. I pricked my ears, listening. Oh wait. OH MOONS WAIT. THIS WAS WHAT THE CELEBRATION WAS FOR?

'WHAT ARE YOU DOING!' Tsunami burst onto the pavilion, glaring at the dragonets stopping their singing.

'Tsunammiiiiii.' Cried Auklet, growling at her sister.

'Auklet? AUKLET! WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH STRANGERS?' Tsunami cried before murmuring 'Mothers gonna kill me.' In a voice only I could hear.

'It was my HATCHING DAY PARTY. Until you RUINED IT!' Cried Auklet.

'Oh.' Tsunami said, glancing around at the gathered dragons staring at her with those loud noise things hanging out of their mouths mid cheer.

'Er.' The Seawing went bright red. 'Carry on then!' She bolted back into the tunnel, her scales flashing mutinously. I smiled at the dragons around me as they began to stare at us.

'You heard the Princess! Get partying!' Cliff yelled, throwing his wings up to cheer. Everyone slowly went back to the celebration, Auklet blowing out the candles  and stuffing her face with cake.

Yes so um. Prophecy. Er- yeas. This may be my last chap for this week as tomorrow I will be leaving to go camping and, unfortunately unable to bring a device along with me. While I may be able to fit it in tomorrow morning, don't get your hopes up =(

 Anyways, Bye! =3
