Prophecy°

Chapter 1: Beginning

The prophecy stated that... heroes will save the land and bring peace. The... Heroes will bring balance to the light and the dark. They shall free the chain men and women and cast a new order to the world. But---
"Sorry Touka I can not read any more. I'm unable to read it."

"Hmm... I wonder what the rest says Grandpa. "

"Me too. Anyway let's return home Touka, before it's get dark. "

Grandpa, a white hair old ragged man. Carrying a walking stick in his right hand. He holds Touka's right hand. Her hand is the size of a small apple. She has crimson hair with scarlet eyes. She wears a dirty dress and a pair of sandals. They walk back to the their home in the capital city.

It is now 670 R.Y. (Rasa Years) Many years have pass from the Revolution. The war between social class has ended. The peasants did not win due to the inexperience warriors they had. They did not even have the weapons to oppose the Ashura government. They started a war they could have never won. After the war the government gain control yet again of the people. Those who were known to conspire in the war twenty years ago were sentence you death as a symbol of power against any that oppose the government again. They're four districts in the capital city, Seraph. Forbus, the slavery and peasant district. Majority of the people live in this district. Talos, the middle class district. Many farmers and city workers live in this district. They pay more taxes than the poor but recieve more benefits. Merchants set shop there and Inn keepers as well. Truly a business district. Golden Villa, the nobles's district. As the district name says, mostly everything in the district is gold. The nobles receive enormous benefits. They gain huge lands in the countryside as well. We begin with the story in the countryside of the capital.

"Grandma we're home!"

Touka dashes into the little wooden house.

She searches for grandma. Grandpa just enters the house exhausted. Grandma comes out of the bedroom and walks to Touka.

"How were the ruins? Did you like them?"

"I like them a bunch Grandma. They're old and scary, but Grandpa was with me. So I knew he would protect me."

Touka looked at Grandpa with an elated smile. They both smiled back at each other. Touka frantically search around the house as if she is missing something. She then asks Grandma.

"Where's big brother, Grandma?"

Grandma was silent. She hesitated at first, but told her where he is.

"He is in trouble again. He was arrested."

Touka was surprised. She became worried about her brother. Touka looked at her with a worried face.

"Where is he?! What did he do?!"

"He is in the Guards's barrack. They're holding him for questioning."

"Why, what did he do?"

"He is a suspect for assaulting a guard."

Touka was shocked to hear the news. She looked at the floor. At that very moment drops of water were falling to the ground. Splash! Those tears came from a girl that loves her brother so much. She created two fists and she screamed.
