You haven't told Leo about the baby in a week and a half. It was killing you to tell him. You found out you were ready, but it was if he was ready, you know? You planned on telling him tonight with a little game in front of the rest of the family. You and Donnie planned that since game night is tonight, you'll tell Leo through the game you picked out, hangman. You were to use Donnie's wheeling chalkboard for tonight's game.
Once the hand hit 7 on the clock, you put the test in you bra before exiting the room and entering the living room. You guys played the game of life (Donnie), Uno (Mikey), poker (Splinter), Scrabble (Leo), and Monopoly (Raph). It was your turn to get your game out for them to play. Donnie gave you a recurring nod and smile. You nodded back. Donnie got up and got the chalkboard. You had already pre-drawn the basic outline for hangman. Everything to the wooden part to the letter underscores.
"Okay so everyone but Donnie can play this game, because he helped me with this one" You stated. Guess after guess, letter after letter. It came to the last word. So far they had uncovered:
'I am carrying Leo's__________'
All that was left was 'baby' but they didn't know that quite yet. "Alright so for this last word Leo will have to figure it out because it will change more his life than ever." Leo only had to find one letter 'b', he guess about 3 times before he got 'b'. You wrote it out then pulled out the pregnancy test. Everyone seemed to get it and started clapping. Both you and Leo were in tears. He gave you the biggest hug and kiss ever. That was the day your journey truly began.
