Chapter 3: Crazy

Just then, i couldn't move or breathe. I know i should have said something like "you're crazy!", but...i kind of believed him. Just then, my mind raced back in time to when i was 7. I could do weird things, like move objects and make purple fire, ice, and water. I could also control the elements. At first, I thought i was gifted, but as I got older, I came to realize it was just my imagination. I knew then that i was wrong. "Try something." I heard Mark say. I could barely hear him; I was lost so deep in my own thoughts. I eventually made my hand rise. I hadn't done this in so long...then, I finally came to my senses.

 "Wait, WHAT THE HELL AM I DOING? I don't have powers, I'm just a teenager!" I got up and sat on a nearby slide. After a few minutes, I heard soft footsteps, so I looked up, and there he was, just staring at me. I couldn't help but stare back. He was just so amazing, even if he was mad as a hatter. "Get up. I need to show you something." I sighed, but obeyed. Of course, being the total klutz i am, I tripped and fell, watching the ground get closer to my face. But the ground never came; a strong set of arms wrapped themselves around my waist, catching me before l fell. I looked up, and our faces were centimeters apart. I couldn't hold back the gasp that escaped my lips as I stared into his piercing green eyes.

 At that moment, I had a vision. I saw a little boy with dark hair and green eyes, holding a picture of...of me. The same woman from my dreams went up to him and spoke two words to him. "Protect her." I gasped again as i was pulled out of the vision. I stumbled around, feeling dizzy. Mark led ,e back to the slide, and we sat in silence as I tried to take in what I had just seen. I then raised my hand to shoulder height. I could feel all the bottled up energy inside of me, just waiting to be used. Then, the most magnificent thing happened. A purple light started shining from my hand. It got brighter and brighter, then finally, it moved up to the side of my shoulder. It glowed even brighter, then it dissapeared completely. I was completely surprised at what it left there.

ooooooh.....mini cliffy..... damn i love cliffhangers, but only when im the one writing them! i really hope you like my story, and please vote, comment, and fan!!!! ps i know its short, but im kinda going trough a mini writer's block, so bear with me! dont worry, ill be posting more faster than a constipated ninja can poop! and trust me, thats faster than regular non-constipated people! thats just how epic ninjas are.......:)
