Chapter 3. First Date??

Kenzie's POV

I nearly wanted to scream from excitement. I replied back.
"Hey Nate sure what time?"
I backed out of the parking spot and drove to the Park. Once I got to the park I was walking and I got a message,
"Like at 1:30 if that works for you" I replied quickly
"That's actually great where though?" Three minutes later I got a message from Nate
"At the Olive Garden 👌"
"Okay I'll talk to you later," I replied.
Riley and I walked around until 10:27 AM.
Riley and I walked to my car. When I got to my apartment I took off Riley's leash and put my keys on my table, and I ran around like a crazy person I ran into my room and grabbed my black shorts and my muscle shirt. I changed and I walked into the Kitchen and gave Riley food and extra water. I sat on my couch waiting for 1:30 to come. Once it was 1:00 I grabbed my keys,my phone and purse. I basically ran to my car. I turned it on and drove to Olive Garden.
Once I got there I walked in front where Nate was waiting for me. I hugged him but it was a really awkward hug.
It wasn't that full to be honest with you.
"Can I start you guys off with some drinks?"
"Yeah Can I have a Pepsi?" Nate smiled the lady nodded and looked at me..
"And can I have a Raspberry lemonade please?" I look up at her she nodded,
"I'll have those out for you guys," and she walked away.
Skip Lunch

"I had a really good time Kenzie," Nate said smiling showing those amazing dimples.
"I did too Nate thank you," I said giving him a hug.
"We should do this next weekend," Nate smiled
"Yeah we definitely should," there was really awkward silence for a few seconds,
"I'm going to go..." I say smiling
"Yeah m-me too" Nate walked away.
Once I got back to my apartment I took off my shoes and walked into my room and I got my Backpack, and walked back to my kitchen, I started doing my homework.
It was like 4:33PM when I finished everything. I fed Riley and I hopped into the shower, I got out and walked into my room and I got my underwear, a sports bra, a oversized shirt from Victoria secret, and my Sweats from Nike and some pink Nike socks too. I walked out my living room and went on my phone and I look up some things for dinner, I didn't want anything so I just decided to watch tv. Around 5:10 Emilia came over to see how I was,
"Guess what!" Emilia yelled
"Why are you yelling? And what?" I say
"Mom and dad are coming to LA next weekend," Emilia said excited. I'm happy not really excited. My parents are from Atlanta, Georgia. So the last Time I saw my Family was about three months ago. But I guess that's going to be fun...
"Oh and Jason might be going to Alabama for College he got a lot of scholar ships for Colleges," Emilia Piped in
"But why Alabama? Out of any other college? He picks Alabama?"
"You know dad hates the Gators so no way he'll let Jason go to Florida," Emilia says
"Yeah but Jason better than Alabama," I say
"Shit I have to go, I Cameron said he was taking me out for dinner bye love you Kenzie," Emilia Ran out the door. Then I got a text message from Jason,
"So Alabama? Or LA?"
