Chapter 3: Parents

*Buzz Buzz*

It was the middle of the night and you got a strange call.

You: "여보세요? (Hello?)"

Stranger: "Is this -Y/N-?"

You: "Yes...왜? (Why?)"

Stranger: "I'm your parent's boss by the way. Are they currently home with you?"

You: "I haven't seen them for a week. I thought they were working."

Boss: "They haven't gone to work during this week...They were always hard working and on time, but they're missing..."

You: "ARE YOU SERIOUS? I'M GOING TO CALL THEM REAL QUICK."

You ended the call and called your father and mother's number. Nothing.
You called the police, telling them that they were missing and they decided to search the area they used to work at.

You came along and they searched the dock. Your parents worked as fishermen, so they sent out boats to look for them. Hours past by, days, and now a month. No results came back and they just concluded that your parents were dead. There were no other reports of them living in another country, city, or whatever. They were gone for sure.

You: "WHY DOES MY LIFE KEEP GETTING WORSE?"
You kept shouting out random things on the roof and cried.

GOT7's Dorm Point of View:

Mark: Hey! You guys...she's crying again.

All the other members went over to the window to peek at what you were doing on the roof. They all saw you crying and heard your screams.

You: "YOU ALWAYS PROMISED ME THAT YOU'LL NEVER LEAVE ME ALONE. WHY NOW? WHY WHEN I'M GOING THROUGH DIFFICULTIES?"

Yugyeom: "We need to go help her through this. Hyung! We can't just let her cry like this all day."

Jr.: "Just wait for awhile."

JB: "I can't stand it. I have to go there."

Jr:."Don't you d-."

JB disappeared into thin air and went off to where you were standing.

You turn around and found someone behind you.

You: "AHHH. WHO AND WHEN DID YOU GET HERE?"

JB: "I'LL JUST GET GOING SORRY FOR SCARING YOU!"

He ran down the stairs and down the street like a fool. You scratch your head and go back into the house. It was another night filled with crying and depression. You were alone. All by yourself...

Your phone suddenly vibrates and you look at your phone.

1:24 A.M.
From: Unknown

"Are you okay? I've heard about your incident. I'm so sorry for that. Anyways, if you're wondering who I am. We were classmates in elementary, Kim Lee. You can call me Kimchi if you want. Like you used to..."

You tried thinking back if you actually had a friend you called "Kimchi." It seemed familiar and you remembered.

Flashback:

Kimchi: "Hey, -Y/N-...I need help on this problem."

You: "Hm? Oh, which one?"

Kimchi: "Number 24..."

You walked over and looked at number 24. You expected the page to be filled except for that number. Apparently, he needed help on all.

You: "야! (Ya!) You didn't do anything!! Just come to my house tomorrow and we can work together."

He smiled and closed his book.

Flashback Ends-

1:26 A.M.
To: Kimchi

"I REMEMBER YOU. You always needed my help in school."

1:26 A.M.
From: Kimchi

"Haha. Yeah..."
