Figuring it all out

There is always one question that comes after change,

The question of putting things into order and fixing the chaos,

That question is what now?

We have to figure this out,

Where do we go from now?

We deal the best we can,

Dealing is the way you handle change,

With you, with little communication,

Can we deal with this in our lives while chaos swirls all around us,

Chaos and doubt and deception,

The whole world spinning too quickly to keep up,

I stumble and wonder if I can hold onto you,

The Lord help us,

Guide us and give us faith,

The world spins and leaves us falling apart,

We just try our best to deal,

To figure it all out,

One thing is certain,

I'll never leave your side,

And I pray that you stay by mine,

We just have to figure things out

So we won't say "what now?"

We'll know...
