What was going to happen to her if it was true...... Nothing may e because I was going to see Ricky.If he had her I wouldn't just let him have her, I don't care what happened to me I would save Annabel, anything.
When I reaached the end of my street I took a deep breath. Slowly I walked to Ricky's house.. I knocked on the door three times..
BANG
BANG
BANG!
Just as I was about to go as Ricky answered the door.
"You miss me already?" Asked Ricky
"We'll yeah but have you seen Annabel. " I asked trying not to make it look obvious that I was lying about missing him.
"No why would I have seen her." He said with a look of consern.. Fake.
" I just wondered, because whenever your off school, she seems to be off." I said not trying to sound as if I was accusing him of something.
"Oh well no I haven't seen her..... Sorry " he said . Phew he took that a lot better than I thought he would.
"We'll I better get going.. Bye." I said.
"Bye..." There was a long awkward silence before I started for the gate leading back onto the path, when he said:
"Do you wanna meet here at 5 say to go out for dinner yeah? " he asked me smiling.. That was the first time I had seen him smile in ages.
"Errm yeah okay. Will do. Bye now " I said blowing him a kiss. Not meaning to.
He blew me one back and said bye.....
I walked up the street and thought up a brilliant idea of finding out whether Annabel was at Ricky's............
