Son of Jupiter

Refusing godhood and going into a deep sleep.

Perseus son of Zeus, was standing next o Annabeth and a now unconscious Grover.

"Perseus, you have done so much, you are a natural leader like me, I would like to offer you anything you like, even godhood." thundered Zeus.

"Father, I will decline that offer, but please let the minor gods have cabins at Camp Half blood and also I want Hestia and Hades to have thrones on Olympus. But could I have full protection, concerning my Achilles curse."

Just as Poseidon was about to tell Perseus it was a foolish idea, Athena spoke up.

"Father, he speaks wisely, courtesy of hanging out with my daughter."

"Very well son, you are my favourite son so I would like to make you my champion even though you already have the powers of me. This should make you have the level of power of a major god." Boomed Zeus, slightly annoyed that his favourite son and the only male Artemis respects declined godhood.

"Thank you father." I said grateful that I was not blasted into a million pieces.

Then he made an orb of lightning and blasted it at me, I then felt like I could take on Chaos.

At Half blood hill

"So airhead, why did you really refuse godhood?" asked the favourite daughter of Athena

"I stated my reasons wise girl and besides, prophecy's are knocking on my door it wouldn't be fair for me to forget about the prophecy."

"Although that is one of the reasons Airhead, I'm not dumb I know that isn't the full reason so don't lie."

"Alright, I didn't because of you. I need to tell you something."

"What?"

"Look, I don't think we should continue dating because I don't think we are in love still."

"I understand Airhead but can we still be friends." pleaded the spawn of wisdom.

"Of course, you will still be my wise girl though."

"And you'll always be my airhead."

With that I departed to sleep. But before I slept one thought echoed in my mind.
