Yu Wei really felt that this was wrong, but he didn't know how to stop it so he just succumbed and let Zhao Yunsheng apply the medicine.

After they finished applying the ointment on the back, Yu Wei disagreed Zhao Yunsheng's suggestion on applying it on other places, he firmly lied on the bed refusing to allow Zhao Yunsheng to apply medicine on other parts except his back.

Zhao Yunsheng felt a little helpless, but thinking that the most serious injury was on the back and all the other injuries weren't that severe, it was at most just scratches, he agreed with the little master's wishes.

I'm going to the back mountain tomorrow and I'm going to have to keep my spirits up.

Zhao Yunsheng blew the oil lamp, and lay down at Yu Wei's side, through the darkness he can feel Yu Wei shrinking to the farther side of the bed. The bed was not big, but since Yu Wei had a small stature, even if they both lay down on their backs it wasn't that crowded. If Yu Wei grew up a bit more, then their shoulders would touch.

At night the weather is cool, and the bed with a layer of cotton was not as hot as during the day. Zhao Yunsheng quickly fell asleep and Yu Wei, who slept all day was not very sleepy, ended up watching him (ZYS) sleep, but he also ended up falling asleep just a few moments after Zhao Yunsheng.

Yu Wei slept until dawn, when he woke up he was confused, he sat up and squinted at the room and found out that this was not his own bedroom. His mind suddenly cleared up, Zhao Yunsheng was not in the room, he (YW) didn't know when he (ZYS) woke up and left the room. Suddenly he heard someone from the yard, yelling.

"Zhao Xiucai, where's your little girl? Why don't you bring her out so we can see?" It's the voice of a middle-aged woman with a big voice.

(t/n: xiucai is a term for a scholar who has passed an imperial exam in the county level but it's also used to refer to scholars, talents and writers, and i think theyre referring to Zhao father here but i'm not sure what exact term they mean so i'll just keep using the umbrella chinese term)

A gentle voice sounded, as if the man known as Zhao Xiucai said, "I don't know, we haven't even talked yet."

Yu Wei wore his shoes, and was in deep thought, Since when did the Zhao family get a daughter in law?

"What are you saying? Yesterday I asked Yunsheng ah! He said the little girl was really beautiful."

The woman smiled and said, "I understand I understand, you only pay attention to books, isn't she just through the door? But with your situation, did the two sleep in the same room together?"
