[Readjustment]

Jebus was slowly making his way back to the land of the living, his vision still disoriented and blurry, along with his ability to hear not at its peak. The halo's energy could still be felt coursing throughout his body, although it wasn't as strong as before... strange.

He swore he could hear someone...

"Lo...?"

"Ello...?"

"Hello?"

Those foreign words made their way to the savior, who finally snapped out of it. But suddenly, out of instinct, Jebus quickly summoned his binary sword and pointed it at the newcomer.

"Gyah!" The girl exclaimed, surprised about the sword pointed at them.

Jebus's red eyes glowed behind the dark sunglasses as he kept his sword leveled at the newcomer, his combat instincts taking over. For all the savior knew, he could still be in Nevada and the girl in front of him was an enemy that wanted to carry on this pointless madness.

"Wait!" She exclaimed, "Just put the sword down, we can talk this through."

"Talk?" Jebus asked with curiosity, "You expect me to trust you... in Nevada of all places?"

"Nevada?" The girl asked, "You mean that place in America?"

"You act like you aren't from around here..." Jebus added on.

"That's because you aren't in America." She answered, causing Jebus to point the blade at her neck.

Jebus was confused, "Then where am I?"

"Kuoh, Japan."

Now that one was definitely going on the savior's list of weird things that have happened to him so far. He reluctantly lowered his blade to the relief of the girl. Jebus quickly fixed his shades, and dusted himself off.

"I apologize for my earlier actions." Jebus told the girl, "My instinct acted up."

"Don't worry about it..." The girl deadpanned, "I've seen worse."

Since Jebus now has time to look around the area, he noticed the sky wasn't Nevada's usual red, and there weren't any sounds of killing for miles around. That essentially confirmed the girl's statement about not being in Nevada anymore, although he had to check a bit more.

Speaking of the girl, now that the savior paid attention, he managed to take in the features of the girl in front of him. She had tomato-red hair, blue eyes, and seemingly donned what seemed to be a school uniform. Said uniform, also exposed her "above-average" body in ways that a man like Jebus can't even comprehend at that point.

It seemed it was time for introductions.

"So, as a form of reparation for the trouble you caused me, can you tell me your name?" The redhead asked Jebus.

Well, that was a weird question, he had many names. Jesus Christ, the Savior, Jebus, El Jesus, he probably had almost every variation of that 2000-year-old messiah as a nickname at this point. Although, he could probably just use his go-to name.

"My name is Jebediah Christoff." Jebus responded, "Mind telling me yours?"

"Ah, my name is Rias Gremory." The redhead responded, "It is nice to meet you, Christoff-san."

And thus a redhead and a savior have crossed paths... what could go wrong?

"Excuse me, Christoff-san?"

"Yes?"

"For a foreigner, you seem to be able to speak fluent Japanese."

"But aren't you speaking English?"

And there it was... another problem.

'Wait a second...' Both of them thought.

'Could it be a spell?/Could the halo be a translator too?' Both Rias and Jebus thought simultaneously.

"I apologize, I think I was just making things up..." Rias attempted to clear things up.

"Apology... accepted." Jebus played along.

It seemed that no matter how far the savior came from the hellhole state of Nevada, a form of madness still came along. Even where killing isn't common, madness always finds a way to screw him over, an example being this very conversation.

"Now that I think of it." Rias told Jebus, "Do you even have anywhere to stay?"

He sighed, "None. I have no place to stay."

Rias' mind instantly found the best solution, use Gremory family funds in order to give 'Jebediah Christoff' a small apartment. But as a requirement, he must attend Kuoh Academy. Since the Gremory family has a form of jurisdiction, she can observe his every move. The savior's powers intrigued her, along with the seemingly golden shattered artifact he dawned on his head. In short, he can make a good part of a greater plan.

"Well..." Rias answered quickly, "I could give you the starting funds for a small apartment."

Now that caught Jebus's attention, stuff like that is not given for free.

"Something like that doesn't come without a price." Jebus responded, "What's the catch?"

"All you have to do is attend Kuoh Academy."

"But that's quite the sum of money to give up, just to get me in some school."

Rias thought to herself, 'That's just pocket change, don't worry.'

"Don't worry about it, it's a school sponsorship for foreign students." She lied.

"Suspicious." Jebus added, "But I don't have anywhere to go."

Rias smiled on the inside.

"I'll take your offer."

One Day Later...
(NEW) Christoff Apartment Residence
6:30 AM
---

The sun once again rose on the quiet normal town of Kuoh, the majority of its population still being asleep, and some of it awake, probably preparing to leave for work, or are preparing early for school. Jebediah Christoff just happened to be one of the people awake.

As the light of the sun crept through the blinds in Jebus's apartment, giving the room a golden hue. The main man of the apartment himself just happened to be sitting at a premade table, sipping an early morning coffee, thinking to himself.

The savior wasn't just curious, he was completely mind-boggled.

Him... an adult heading to a high school?

That just couldn't be right, he didn't even pass as a high schooler.

At least that's what he thought.

He left his white coat on the little futon that was supplied for him, he looked in the mirror.

To his surprise, his appearance completely changed.

Jebus retained the features of his youth before he became a scientist that worked on that cursed 'Nexus Project'. The beard and scars on his face vanished, leaving a mostly untouched body. his long black hair only reaching his neck, and the halo on his head... if he could still call it that, only having two small fragments orbit it.

The most important things were his eyes, they were no longer void-black vortexes with a red light. His eyes were normal, with his usual spirals being a normal eye with a red pupil.

He still felt the halo's familiar yet faint energy flowing through him... a good sign.

Although, the majority of his weaponry disappeared, along with his TAC-50 and signature Smith and Wesson 500 model revolver. The only weapon he had left being the binary sword he can still somehow summon using the halo's energy.

It wasn't like he was complaining, he quite enjoyed the peace the town gave him.

School...

He honestly didn't expect to come here, it was quite the change of pace from killing A.A.H.W agents and soldiers, or having to deal with the reality-bending shenanigans of the Improbability Drives, this was a change of pace for the better.

Jebus quickly approached the school grounds.

As if they had a mind of their own, Jebus's Halo Fragments quickly hid in the bag he's currently carrying with him at the moment

As if they had a mind of their own, Jebus's Halo Fragments quickly hid in the bag he's currently carrying with him at the moment. Although, that could be credited to the various students watching him, male and female alike.

"The guy seems cool." A male student commented.

A female student commented, "I know right! He seems like a ladies' man!'

Nearby male students groaned, "Oh great, another Kiba, but less attractive."

Jebus simply just slid his sunglasses down from his forehead to his eyes, a red hue piercing through.

Besides, he didn't have any time to waste, he has to get his schedule after all.

"The person who designed these hallways deserves to get fired." He mused to himself.

It seemed that even the almighty Jebus Christ can get lost in the halls of the famous Kuoh Academy. The poor man just wanted to find the student council office, as quickly as possible.

What he didn't take into account, was the trajectory he was taking.

Crash!

A loud crash echoed throughout Kuoh Academy's hallways, as he ended up crashing into a female student.

"Damn it." He spoke, "Sorry about that, I was just in a hurry to the student council office."

"You are forgiven." The student replied, "You spoke about the student council, correct?"

"Yes, I needed to get my schedule."

The female student stood up, as Jebus managed to examine her. Similar to Rias, she dons that same uniform that highlights her assets, she has long blond hair and has a nice pair of glasses.

"My name is Tsubaki Shinra, the vice president of the student council."

"The name is Jebediah Christoff, and where the hell is the student council office?"

Ignoring Christoff's rudeness, she responds, "Come with me."

After showing the so-called 'Jebediah Christoff' to the office, she heads to the back, where she grabs a schedule.

"I apologize for the delay, Genshirou Saji was not here at the moment." She apologized.

Jebus responded, "It's alright."

"Here is your schedule for the semester." Tsubaki spoke, "Be sure to show up in time."

"Yes ma'am."

Four Hours Later...
Kuoh Academy
12:30 PM

After getting through the agonizingly boring torture that the higher-ranked educators would call teaching students material. Our savior Jebus Christ has managed to survive for another day.

"Ah, the wonders of a lunch break." The savior mused to himself, before being interrupted.

"Agh!" Came a scream from behind him.

He turned around, only to see a brown-haired boy getting obliterated by what seemed to be the kendo club. Jebus quickly sprung into action quickly 'grabbing' the end of the bokken the kendo students were using to slam the brunette.

Although, it was just him applying a mini forcefield to the end of his palms to stop the motion.

"Excuse me." Jebus asked the kendo club, "What are you doing to this kid?"

"That pervert peeped on us!"

"Yeah! He disrespected our privacy!"

Suddenly, Jebus jumped away from the crowd, removing the forcefield in his palm.

"I changed my mind, go wild." The savior returned to eating his lunch.

The brunette screamed, "Curse you! Whoever you are!"
