Y/N and Emily walked into the lunchroom and a bunch of boys looked at her but she just walked past all of them. When Y/N and Emily got their lunch Emily said something to Y/N.
"You can come each lunch with me and my friends."
"No sorry I just remembered I have to go somewhere because I am new."
"Oh okay well I will see you next class because we have it together."
"Okay."
Y/N was lying when she said she had to do something, she just wanted to learn more about one of the boys in the bad boy group because she thought he was really cute. She went near the table where all the bad boys were sitting but not too close because she didn't want them to see her. One of the bad boys looked at her a little bit after she sat down and he talked to her.
"Hey new girl, come her." She looked up quickly and was shocked that he called her name because he was the one who she thought was the most cute.
"O-O-okay." She said because she was really nervous.
"Hey you're very pretty, my name is Jared. What's your name?"
"M-my name is Y/N and thank you for the compliment."
"You're welcome. We should hang out some time and get to know each other. What's your next class."
"Um— English with Mrs. Smith." Jared smirked.
"Great, that's my next class too. You'll sit next to me."
"I- um— actually." Jared raised a brow. Y/N didn't want to betray Emily but she needed to take this opportunity to sit with Jared.
"Yeah okay! I can sit with you." He smiled.
"Great, see you soon."
"Yeah, soon." Y/N got up and walked away. Almost every girl was looking at her with a death glare because she was talking to Jared but the only girl she hoped hadn't saw her was Emily.
