Chapter 8: The kidnapping of Angelica!

When the lesson began, the teacher Miss RainbowGlow, was about to show the history of magic, when she was interrupted by an "Urgent News Report" from "Magic News". A "news reporter" appeared on the screen and reported the latest news," A light angel, Angelica has been kidnapped by a lady in black. She claims that she won't free Angelica, no matter what."

"We now go to our second reporter, Mea Layford ,who is at the facility where Angelica is being held hostage." the news reporter continued. "Reporting live from a facility near Hotel N.E.O.N"(Neon experience for all ages from one to nine hundred) "The kidnapper appears to have kidnapped Angelica for no visible reason. She keeps mumbling about Fountains and Tina..." Mea Layford finished her statement and the video cut off.

Ms RainbowGlow sighed but quickly smiled at the students saying," Whoops! I must have pressed the wrong button!" The students laughed but Ms RainbowGlow had a confused look on her face. She decided to continue her lesson and forget all of this happened. "Now class, let's watch a video about the history of light and dark fairies." Ms RainbowGlow quickly clicked the video she was originally supposed to. Meanwhile, Fountina quickly went to the toilet to ask Angelica if this was all true.

"Angelica? Angelica! Where are you?" Fountina asked as she hid in the stall cubicle. "Angelica" quickly appeared and Fountina tried to hug her. However, she then realised that "Angelica" was a hologram! Before Fountina could say anything, the hologram played a message.

"Dear Fountina, this is a pre-recorded warning message.  If you are listening to it, this means I am unable to speak to you. I either

* have been kidnapped

* have been severely injured

* have disappeared and am on a mission

Please check my home to confirm that I actually am in danger and this is not just a funny prank.If you can hear a message saying Angelica is present, then you need not worry about me.However, if you hear a message saying error 404 or Angelica has disappeared, please look for me and search for clues to find me.Thank you."

After listening to the message, Fountina decided to sneak out of school after her class. She went  to her dorm,took out a thermometer and made herself a cup of milk tea. She stuck the thermometer in the cup and the temperature on the thermometer went up to 37.9°. Fountina put on her best "I have a fever/ I am sick" face after finishing the drink. She quickly cleaned up and left no trace of heading back to her dorm. Fountina ran back to class and showed the teacher her temperature on the thermometer. "Miss RainbowGlow, I-I don't feel well... Could I head back to my dorm?" Fountina asked while pretending to stutter. Miss RainbowGlow was shocked at what Fountina said and answered," Sure Fountina, I hope you feel better!" Fountina felt a sense of guilt wash over her but she did not let it stop her from saying,"Thank you, Miss RainbowGlow." She ran to her room and looked for her teleportation potion and quickly took a sip. Fountina imagined herself outside of the school, running towards Hotel N.E.O.N in a tourist outfit and luggage in hand.

She immediately teleported outside the school exactly how she imagined and began running to Hotel N.E.O.N to find Angelica.
