me and my mom got off the plane and stepped out into the fresh Atlanta air. and what i mean by fresh is, it smelt like straight up pot. (a/n i've never been there but i just feel like it does smell like pot okay 🤨☝🏻) while we waited for our uber to take us to our hotel i scrolled through instagram and saw millie had posted.

i got in my uber and we were dropped off at the hotel. we went to the front desk, got checked in and headed up to the room. the rest of the night went by slow. i went to bed at around 10:00 pm since i had an audition tomorrow.
the next day i woke up and got ready nervously. i put a nice outfit on, grabbed my audition packet and me and my mom headed out.

time skip to after the audition bc i'm lazy af 🥱
"that was amazing bailey!" Matt duffer said as he smiled at me. everyone in the room started to clap and my face went red. they asked me to go sit in the waiting room with my mom. about 10 minutes later they called me back in and told me i got the part. i tried to contain my excitement as much as i could but it didn't worm. "oh my gosh thank you so much!" i said almost to tears. they talked to my mom about all the details. it was boring. ross noticed i was bored and took me to another room. i walked in and saw none other than the stranger things cast. i started to mentally freak out but on the outside i played it cool. i think.
