Chapter 3

Finally, LUNCH period! My dad may make a good breakfast, but it really doesn't last that long. As I was walking out of Science, right when I had reached my locker, Thomas and Sarah came running up to me and almost smushed me into my locker. They started screaming, "It's lunch, now tell us!" Then Mrs. Weiland said, "Kids, please keep your voices down!" Thank you lord. Then sarcastically I said, "You two really should start listening to her". I closed my locker and we all started walking to the cafeteria together. Then they both whispered, "Sooooo....." I told them to wait until we got our food and sat down. Even though I almost couldn't wait to tell them. Today for lunch I was in the mood for Italian, so I went over to the Italian section and got a Cesar salad, Chicken Parmesan, and a smart water. Then I headed to the cash register to pay for my lunch, until I saw Mrs. Millie. She is my favorite lunch lady ever! She is one of the reasons I come to school, lol. When I got over there I pulled out my wallet and said, "Good afternoon Mrs. Millie, how has your day been?" Then she said, "Its been great, how about yours?" "Wonderful, how much do I owe you for an Italian meal?" "Nothing, it's on the house!" Wow, this day keeps getting better and better! "Well thank you so much, have a great day!" Then I headed over to a round table, where Thomas, Sarah, Madison, Bennett, and Brantley were sitting. Sarah almost wouldn't let me sit down until I told her the "secret". When I finally got situated, I started off saying," So do y'all want me to tell you the surprise?" YES!!!", said Sarah. "Ok, so this morning I went downstairs to eat breakfast and as I finished my parents stopped me and told me, I get to go to the Taylor Swift concert in October!!! Plus I get to take two other people, which will be Madison and Sarah!" Then both of them got so excited and started saying that we need to start planning. I said, "Why don't you two come my house after school!"
When we all finished eating we threw our plates away and we all headed off to Spanish.

-TIME LAPSE- (end of school)
As Madison, Sarah and I were leaving the school, we decided to go to Starbucks. One thing we all have in common is the love of Starbucks. It's only 2 blocks away, so we started walking. When we got there it was kind of busy, so I told Madison and Sarah to go get a table. I already knew what they wanted, don't I know them so well! When I got to the counter I ordered a Toffee nut latte, a hot chocolate and a Caramel frappechino. As I started walking over to the other line to wait for the drinks, I ran into him........
