Your quirk -target- wasn't really helpful but now that you worked in law enforcement in the department focus of kidnapping. Your quirk was literally making yourself a target, meaning that crimes tended to happen around you or including you. The quirk manifested in highschool luckily. Since growing up quirkless your family wanted you to be extra prepared for anything. So since your quirk examination you had been talking fighting classes of every kind from karate to the secret technique of the hidden leaf village.
