You slipped into your midnight blue dress that hugged the curve of your chest and flowed down your waist. It touched the tip of your toes trailed sparkles from the waist to the hips. The peephole in the breast gave your cleavage an extra bump.
“Are you ready, Love?” Zayn asked from outside the bedroom door.
“Give me a minute!” You slipped into your black peep toe heels and brushed matte poser over your nose and forehead and made your way to the door. You opened it and Zayn smiled big at you.
His tie matched your dress perfectly. His facial hair had been trim neatly and his hair was parted on the side. His brown eyes sparkled in the incandescent light but they still held a sharp beauty. His black button up dress shirt pressed lightly and tucked under his suit pants made him look slim. He held out his hand for you and you took it and allowed him to lead you out to his car that waited, heating up for the two of you.
He pulled in front of the restaurant. Women and men waltzed in, dressed in riches. Draped in gold and silver. The valet opened the door for you and another opened Zayn’s.
“Mr. Malik. Your table is ready and waiting. You’ll find the wine on ice as you requested. Enjoy your dinner.”
Zayn wrapped his arm around your waist and walked you into the doors of the expensive looking restaurant.
You ordered your meals and made small talk over wine and breadsticks. The entire night Zayn kept complimenting you on your eyes, your dress, your makeup, your hair. Everything and anything he could think of.
He grabbed your hand across the table and took a deep breath. “Y/n, I don’t know what it is about you but you make me absolutely insane. You make me want to cry, scream, and kiss you all at the same time. I can’t stand to go away on tour because then I have to be away from you for more than a few hours. I can’t bear the thought of not having you be in my life. I can’t stand the thought of not having you be mine. I don’t know what I would do without you. Y/n I need you to marry me.”
Tears dropped down your cheeks. Your nose stained red. You nodded your head, a knot in your throat. Prohibiting you from creating words.
He pulled the ring out of his pocket, no box, and slipped it onto your finger. You stood from the table and hiked up your dress a bit. You straddled his lap and slammed your lips to his.
