Shapeshift

I stood in silence in front of everyone, I looked at Fury waiting for an explanation.
"Your powers Y/N are unexplainable" Tony spoke breaking the silence, "he's not wrong, we need you" Fury said, I stood there, staring at Bucky to say something.
I don't wanna fight, I'm the happiest I've ever been, but something huge must be going on if fury is here..

"Well, uh.. y/n is actually" Bucky stuttered while standing up, "what?" Natasha said, "pregnant?" Steve smiled, I chuckled "no! I'm uh, actually" I nudged Bucky to finish, "w-were engaged" he spoke, my eyes widened, that wasn't going to convince them not to take me back to HQ.
"Well, we can set up a house system here to keep you both safe, and Tony can always call you as soon as something goes down, but you'd have to leave as soon as you get the message" fury said, he stood up and walked out, "that's it? It's that easy.." I asked as everyone stood up.

"Why aren't they.. somethings weird buck" I grabbed the nearest weapon time thing, "Tony, I forget.. when's your birthday?" I smiled, "November.... 30th?" He said, I looked at Bucky to make the first move, "nope buddy sorry.. it's May 29th.." Bucky punched him, then flipped, revealing some creature.
"The fuck is that?!" I yelled kicking the one running towards me, I listened as another helicopter landed.

"Skrulls!" Steve yelled out as we jumped out of the landed helicopter, "behind you!" I yelled at Bucky, watching him take him down.
"They looked like you" I said running over to Natasha, "yep they shapeshift" she jumped on ones back and strangled it.

Who knew I would miss fighting like this so much, it's kind of relieving, knowing I've still got it in me.

*That Evening*

"So.." I said drying my hair with my towel as everyone gathered in my living room, it was silent, but I knew why they were here.. for real this time.
"Just so you know, I'm happy here.. and I really really dont wanna ruin my happiness with living-" Tony cut me off, "don't worry kid.. I know, but technically you signed the contract, and we have to supply you with the technology if you're gonna live in Costa Rica" he said, I looked at Bucky, "well.. what if we lived closer? Like.. Ohio, or California, or Florida.. that wouldn't be so bad Buck" I looked at Bucky and smiled slightly, I watched as a smile grew on his face.
"Well, I'm sure i can get you guys set up closer, as long as you come everyday for training, and listen to when we need you for missions like that" Tony said, i shrugged "I dunno, what about, weekdays training, except for Thursday.. that's date night" I tried to negotiate with him, "make it up for it and come in Saturday" I shrugged, I looked at Bucky, who was talking to Steve, he looked over at me and winked.
