OH MY GOD. Sorry, I have not updated. I"m doing this on my phone, so. 😒 Yeah. Here ya go. 😋

*3 Years Laters*
I walk downstairs and outside carrying the last box. Huffing, I squeeze the box into the back of the moving truck with the rest and slam the door shut. I wiped the sweat down off my forehead and looked up to see my mother, tears welled up in her eyes.
"Are you sure you want to go honey? I-I mean, I can always pay for your college fund, you could go to Duke University just like your brother. Be a normal being for christ sake, Lizzy."

I glared at her, my eyes turning a violet color. You see, most vampires eye color when they cry or get mad get a red-yellowish tint. Mine, turn violet. I never knew why, but mom told me she wanted to just really leave vampires out of our life ever since dad died. They were the reason he got killed.

I was 12 at the time. I was up in my room awake, I just couldn't fall asleep. So I crept downstairs to get myself a glass of tea. I had to pass my dads study to get into the kitchen. He usually stayed up late in there. He didn't like anyone being up past 12. Him and mom rarely ever talked anymore. I tiptoed past his study, and walked into the kitchen. I grabbed a glass, pouring me some tea. I heard my dads study door open and quickly ducked down behind the island, spilling some tea. I peered up over, seeing no one and hearing nothing. Confusion ran across my face, until I heard some talking. I made my way quietly over to his office, peering around to look into the window. All I remember was seeing 3 men standing over my father, with a switchblade.
"This is for not going through with our deal," one of then said. He had a tattoo of a moon on his left shoulder blade, imprinted with the initials D&M in the middle.
He lunged for my dad.
"NO!" I ran at them, but all I remember was being hit in the head from behind. And when I woke up they were gone, and so was my dad. After that my mom wanted nothing to do with Vampires and Werewolfs. She was a human, but my dad was a vampire .

I stood up, still glaring at her. "I don't WANT to be normal. I want to know why my fucking father got killed, and who the fuck I am. You never tell me anything. And I am just so tired of living in confusion. Now that I am 18, and am out of school. I am free, from this town. And most important, YOU." And with that, I hopped into my 1996 Camaro that was passed from my brother to me when he got his new 2012 lamborghini aventador. My family was rich and my mom spoiled my brother so much more than me. But even though he gets spoiled, he is my best friend. He has always been there for me until he went to College last fall.
I started up the car, not even looking into my rearview mirror, the moving van right behind me.

I was heading to a town in Minnesota, named Emily all the way from Eden North Carolina. I have to drive about 1110 miles to reach Minnesota, plus a few extra miles to get to Emily.
I'm kinda nervous moving to a new state, especially all by myself. I've been all my by myself ever since that night... It hurts, really bad. But I'm just slowing moving forward. Curse the Lune Goddess for pairing me with a stuck up ass. Anyways, clearing the thought of my head. I hope I have make some friends. I chuckled at the thought of people wanting to be friends with me. Hah, just kidding. I'm a very socialable person. I wasn't popular in high school, but I wasn't a loner. I just never dated. A thought just occurred to me and I gasped. I've never had my first kiss. Or my first anything, to be exact. Oh lord, I thought shaking my head, I really need to step up my game.
My phone started ringing, interrupting my crazy thoughts.
I grabbed my phone and clicked answer, not even looking at who called. "Hello?"
"Hey baby, its your Aunty. I was just wondering when you think you'd be here?"
I didn't notice but alot of time has passed. I guess your thoughts can do that for you. I'm not complaining. I hate driving.
"Err, I don't know, maybe 4 hours. I'll call you when I get into town."
"Okay baby, see you soon. Bye." My Aunty Jamine was renting me a house of hers in Minnesota. She is my dads sister and my mom never wanted her around. I guess she might know some things about dad...

*5 hours later.*
I pulled into the drive way, aunty greeting me. The house was bigger than I thought. It was in the middle of the woods and about 3 inches of snow covered the ground. But, I love the snow. So I didn't really mind.
"Sorry I was late Aunty, traffic."
"Its okay baby. I would show you around but I have to get home and make some dinner for my folks. Heres the key. Theres already a bed and other main assortments in the house. I put some food in the refrigerator for you darling."
"Thanks Aunty. See you tomorrow." She kissed my forehead and left. I paid the moving driver and he helped me get all my boxes inside the house. I finally loaded the last box inside, thanked the driver, and shut the door.
Exhausted, I walked up stairs to find my room. I didn't have time to look around, I was to exhausted. I found the room and it was AMAZING. (Pic above.)
I plopped on the bed, and snuggled under the covers. This is the best thing I have ever done for myself, I smiled into a deep sleep.
