Laurien's point of view

The sound of the wind brushing the leaves resonated inside my head.

I sighed in relief and opened my eyes.

It's been a long time since I felt this kind of easeneess.

I tilted my head to my left side when I felt a sudden presence.

My brows rose when a glass of lemonade was beside me.

I lifted my head to see who's offering me the lemonade only to find out Dokyeom's smile.

I smiled back and gets it and that's when Dokyeom pierce down beside me.

"I think this is the most quite place here." He started.

I just answered with a simple "hmm" and continue observing the blue sky.

"How's your investigation?" He asked referring to the 'game' that I, Woozi, and Dino have been investigating.

"We already digged some researches and even asked a folk persons' but the answers are not accurate." I answered

"What do you mean 'not accurate'?"

"Others are saying it was real but others are not." I explained briefly.

"Hmm..." He nodded

"But for you, is it true or not?"

"I don't know either... By the way, how about yours?" I asked pertaining to Seungkwan and Jeonghan that was missing five days ago.

"We already got some traces where Jeonghan went while Seungkwan... We still haven't" I can feel sadness in his voice.

Instead of asking further questions I then stayed quite.

It's been one week when the chaos started. And it's been two days when all of us started to live in the same roof for us to stay safe at all cost.

It's hard to adjust since I am the only woman in this house but I don't have a choice but to feel comfortable hence I'm the reason why this mess started.

"Dokyeom!" We tilted to whom who called Dokyeom and it was Jun, he gesture him to get inside and leaves us.

"Gotta go."

"Hmm... I'll be too, I and Jun will be watching Minghao. It's our turn. "

He smiled and put his thumbs up "Fighting!" He mouthed.

I replied with a smile and averted my gaze at the sky that was turning gray.

It seems like, the sky are being with us.

After a minutes of satisfying my eyes, I then stand up and stretch as if I just woke up and inhaled and exhaled.

Time to go, Laurien.

I started my pace.

When I arrived at the leaving room, I saw Mingyu at the sofa together with Wonwoo who's playing with his phone and Vernon, who's just Vernoning at the side.

"Oh, Laurien," I shifted my gaze to my right side to where Dino is.

"Wae?" I speak using hangul.

He showed me some papers. I reach those then checked the details "We just finished interviewing an old woman and base on her statement..." he stated and paused.

I stared at him, waiting for his next words.

"The game we played was true."

My eyeballs almost swam on the floor.
