"Jihee, watch out! Jihee!" Yoongi screamed, rushing over to where Jihee's unconscious body laid on the street. He quickly called 119 and made sure she was still breathing, which she was, but barely. Once the ambulance arrived to transport Jihee to the nearest hospital in Daegu, he tried to go with her but was not allowed.
One of the paramedics said, "I'm sorry, kid. You can't come with since you aren't a family member."
Yoongi simply nodded then ran to his car, which was on the other side of the park, and drove to the hospital. His mind was filled with anxiety and panic as he sped down the streets, not caring if he got a ticket for driving too fast. He arrived at the hospital in about 7 minutes, got out of the car, and tried his best to stay calm as he walked through the main doors."Which room is Park Jihee in?" Yoongi hurriedly asked the receptionist in the lobby, placing his hands on the small ledge of the desk.
The receptionist looked through her files as she answered monotonously, "Are you family?"
"No. I'm her boyfriend."
"I'm sorry, but I can't give that information to you. She currently can't receive visitors. You're welcome to sit in the waiting room for a few hours if you have time."
"Okay, thank you." Yoongi took a deep breath as he turned around to go sit in a chair. He noticed Jihee's parents were also there and started to walk towards them.
"This is all your fault! You pushed her in front of that car!" Jihee's mother suddenly yelled as soon as she spotted the blue haired male approaching. "I knew I shouldn't trust a silly boy who dyes his hair blue!"
"No I didn't! I tried telling her-" Yoongi tried to argue, but was interjected by Jihee's mother.
"Yes, you did! There's no way my Jihee would let herself just walk right in front of a car in the middle of traffic," Jihee's mother spat, lunging forward but was stopped by her husband holding her back. "She's better than that!"
A couple of nurses rushed into the lobby as they had heard the fight threatening to break out and rushed to keep Yoongi and Jihee's mother apart.
One of the nurses tried to calm Yoongi down as he strained, "It was an accident, it wasn't my fault or hers!"
"You still didn't do anything to prevent it from happening!"
"I tried!" Yoongi yelled, fighting against the nurses trying to pull him away from Jihee's mother.
"You didn't try hard enough then!"
"I'm sorry-"
"I don't care if you're sorry or not! Get out and don't come near my daughter again."
Yoongi gave up fighting the nurses from dragging him out of the lobby, and turned to walk out of the door behind him, leading to the outside of the hospital. Yoongi kicked a rock in frustration as he walked down the sidewalk to his car.
"Yoongi, wait!" Yoongi heard someone call, turning his head towards the sound. It was Jimin. Jihee's older brother; his best friend since childbirth.
"Hey, Jimin. I didn't see you in the hospital," Yoongi said once Jimin caught up with him.
"That's probably because you were too busy fighting with my mom," Jimin quietly replied.
"Oh I'm sorry. I was just frustrated, I still am," Yoongi apologized.
"You don't need to apologize, I'm on your side on this. I know you would never push my sister in front of a car like that. You're literally the sweetest person I've met! But my mom would literally disown me if I actually said that in front of her. So I kind of have to pretend to be on her side of this," Jimin explained. "Also your blue hair is amazing; it doesn't make you any less trustworthy. She's known you since you were born. I don't know why a change in hair color would completely change your personality."
"Yeah, she didn't act like this when you dyed your hair pink a few years ago," Yoongi said, looking back at the hospital behind him.
"I don't really know why she's acting like this, maybe she's just being overprotective of Jihee? She's never really approved of your relationship with her, you know.."
"Yeah, I know..." Yoongi mumbled, suddenly becoming very interested in his feet.
"I'll try my best to inform you on updates with Jihee whenever my mom isn't watching me like a hawk, okay?" Jimin said, getting ready to head back inside so his mother didn't get too suspicious.
"Okay... I hope she's alright."
"I do too."

Six Months Later~
Since Jimin and Jihee's mother cut Yoongi off from their life, Yoongi has no idea of what has happened to Jihee's state of health. For all he knew, she could have passed away during these six long months, and the thought of that scared him. He assumed Jihee must have her memory back by now, and hoped she missed him. He moved back to Daegu from Ilsan three months prior, to be closer to his family. He didn't know Jimin and Jihee moved to Daegu as well until he started at Kyeongbuk High School and saw Jimin there, but didn't see Jihee at all.
Now in the present, he was sitting in his Biology class when he noticed a girl who looked an awful lot like Jihee staring at him. The red-haired boy sitting next to her started to talk to her so she turned her head away, speaking with him. Yoongi noticed the boy vaguely pointing at him. They were obviously talking about him, but about what, he didn't know. He did know now that the girl is Jihee, and wondered why he never saw her until today. Luckily, the class was going to be over in a few minutes, meaning he was able to go to lunch and possibly talk to Jihee. Once the bell rang, Yoongi jumped out of his seat and walked out of the room after Jihee, who was with the red-haired, and Jimin.
"Jihee!" Yoongi exclaimed once he caught up with her. He was smiling, which had obviously confused the younger girl.
"I am really sorry but...Who are you?" Jihee questioned, stepping an inch closer to her brother.
Yoongi's face had never dropped so quickly. "You don't remember me?"
"I don't."
