Hi!!! This is a book of one shots with the sides as age regressors.
Age regression is a coping mechanism commonly used to help with anxiety and depression, and child hood trauma. People who may not have had much of a childhood can commonly experience age regression. It involves the regressor to go back to a time where A, they were happier and had less stress, or B, they experienced a trauma so they can cope with that trauma.
