| Flames POV |
"Javier!!" I scream out loud as I reach for the portal that has disappeared...
"No...Javier...!" I stand up looking for the portal that was unfortunately gone. I turn around as I see Logan's head down.
"You...know exactly where Javier went...don't you?!" I say to Logan who had worried and anger written all over his face.
I look at Kor and the other two lady's with anger spread all over my face. I swear, why did Javier do that? So stupid of him...I should've known he would do such a thing. I walk out of the store heading to the car.
"Flames, come back!" I hear Logan say from behind me. I roll my eyes as I feel my vision getting blurry.
"What else have you been hiding from us, huh? Cause unfortunately, it looks like you know those people inside and why some random portal appeared!" I say out of breath.
"Come on, Flames...I have my reasons..."
I then start chuckling as I stop dead in my tracks.
"Reasons? Did you just say reasons?! We're your brother and sister! We don't keep secrets from each other! Since when do we do that?!" I turn around looking at Logan as guilt was written all over his face.
"Let me ask you something, aren't you slightly worried about Javier? Your brother who just casually jumped into a freaking portal about a minute ago!" I say shouting out loud.
"Flames...there are so many things I just wish...I could say but-"
"But what Logan?!" I say interrupting him. All of a sudden the clouds start turning a shade of red and black. I look back at Logan who had a worried expression across his face.
He knows what's happening and I can feel it. He runs back to the store as I follow behind him. "Maria! What's happening?!" Logan screams at the women who was helping Kor.
"It looks like Akuma has planted a chip inside Kor. We're gonna be in a lot of trouble if we don't remove it quickly!" she says panicking. "Can you take it out?!" Logan says worried as if this was a life or death situation.
"We're gonna have to go back to base to remove it!" she says. Logan looks at me. "But, what are we going to do?! My sister is here and I can't drag her into this!" he says. "Well, Logan...I'm sorry...but she's already involved in this!" she says with a sadden face.
Her watch suddenly starts beeping. She answers it.
"Hello?"
"Maria! You okay over there?!" a man says.
"Yes, Captain. I'm okay but, Kor fought someone and got a chip implanted in him...we need help...we might be in trouble soon."
"What kind of trouble?"
She looks at Logan and me. "Logan's sister is here and she might be dragged into this..."
"What? Really?!"
"Yes, I'm scared for her safety."
I started to freak out a bit. *Am I in danger right now?! Is someone gonna come and try an kill me?!* I thought worriedly.
