"What the hell, dude?" The boy who spoke was a brunette in a pastel blue shirt. He rubbed his arm as a smaller African boy cracked up next to him, his chest rapidly rising and falling to the rhythm of his laughter. "Why did you have to punch me?"

"I- you should've seen the look on your face, Foolish!" The teenager laughed. The one in the blue shirt, Foolish, leaned against the wall while the other stood in front of him.

"That's not very nice, Ponk." Foolish mocked, causing Ponk's laughter to rise.

The smaller of the two opened his mouth to say something, but was thrown forward, into the arms of the brunette.

"Watch it, drama king." Ponk turned around just in time to see the boy who said it. He was tall, blonde, wearing a lime green sweatshirt. He walked next to another slightly smaller student, who had dark green hair and wore a somewhat cropped black sweatshirt.

"What an asshole." Foolish said, his arms around Ponk in a way that made it look like he was hugging him from behind. "Just because you participate in school plays doesn't make you a drama king."

Ponk stepped forward, and Foolish let his arms drop away from his sides. The taller of them took his water bottle out of his backpack and raised it to his mouth.

"Yeah, being in the play makes me an independent woman."

Foolish choked on his water and nearly spat it all over Ponk, but he managed to swallow it. His face when he choked on the water forced a smile onto the other's face, and he chuckled.

"Soooo... do you have any-" Foolish began, but a loud sound rang through the school. "Well, I have to go to class. Bye, Ponk!"

"Bye, Fool."

•--- Ponk POV ---•

The classroom was almost like a volcano. One moment, it was quiet. Ponk, one of two people in the classroom, sat in the back corner of the room, reading a book to study for the upcoming Science assessment that day.

The next, it exploded.

As the bell rung, and a tsunami of students flooded through the door. Chaos ensued as everyone flocked to their seats before the teacher arrived, desperate to avoid getting detention.

The few people that Ponk recognized were either people he liked: Purpled and Tommy were joking around, Tubbo close behind, or people that he didn't, the green haired and blonde haired boys chatting, a brunette boy with goggles that Ponk had never seen before standing next to the blonde asshole.

As the classroom filled with students, everything sounded far away. All Ponk could hear was ringing in his ears and a muffled sort of sound as he laid his head down on his desk, heart pounding in his chest. It was a sort of panicked silence. Anything would be better than silence. At least the silence would distract him from the crowd... just like the one from when he was a kid.

He placed his hand on the wide scar that stretched from his ear to his chest. Panic rose in his throat as the silence filled his ears, making his head feel heavy and his chest heave.

Ponk snapped back to reality as the crowd thinned, people sitting at their seats as the teacher made her way to the classroom.

The classroom was calm as she walked in, and Ponk took it as an opportunity to observe everyone around him. The green haired boy sat to his right, the blonde haired asshole sat behind him, in front of him was Tommy, a blonde boy with a green bandana around his neck, and to his left was Purpled, a blonde boy wearing a purple hoodie.

Great. He thought. More time with the blonde jackass.

The teacher turned on the Smartboard™ and pulled up a slideshow. It was on physics, which lucky for Ponk, he knew a lot about, but he still listened. While he was watching the screen, he felt uneasy, and he felt the back of his neck prickling.

Was someone watching him?

He looked around and thought he saw a blur of color, but it didn't look like anyone had moved.

Stupid brain, always playing tricks on me. He thought. Ponk did tend to be a little paranoid.
