She turned on the light and walked down the stairs, being careful not to spill the bowls. She was still all dressed in the black suit, except for the mask, which was still on the floor from when she took it off earlier, and the gloves, which I assume she took off to prepare dinner.
As she walked down the stairs she saw the tears on my face from me crying earlier. A sympathetic look appeared on her face, "Oh! Sweetie!" she exclaimed in a sorry tone, "don't cry!" She walked behind me and and set down the bowls, which had some sort of stew in them, on, I guess, a table behind me. I wasn't sure because I couldn't see. She then ran in front of me and leaned over to wipe my tears away, and take off my gag.
"I'm sorry, I was just scared down here alone," I said, relieved to have the gag removed, "please don't put the gag back on me, I don't like it. I promise that I won't scream for help."
She gave me a hug, and kissed me on the head. "Okay, I won't," she replied "You ready for dinner?" she asked as she went behind me and grabbed something that made a clinking noise.
"Yes!" I exclaimed, "but how will I eat while I'm tied up?"
"I'll untie you," she said, walking back in front of me, carrying a pair of chains. She started to lock the end of one of them around one of my ankles.
"What are those for?" I asked a little confused.
"So you don't escape when I untie you," she explained as she locked the other end of the chain to a pole in the middle of the basement. Then she used the other chain to do the same to my other ankle, locking it to the same pole.
"Oh," I say as she checked to make sure the chains are locked tight, then she proceeded to untie the rope from my legs and torso. She then took a small key out of her pocket and unlocked the handcuffs. I got up off the chair and stretch.
She then turned the chair I was sitting in toward a table with 2 bowls of stew. Then she grabbed another chair and placed it on the other side of the table and proceeded to sit down. "Sit down, darling, don't be shy," she said in a kind voice. I nervously sat down in the chair I had previously been tied to.
"What's for dinner?" I asked looking at the food in the bowls.
"It's my homemade beef stew, I made I just for you, as an apology," she relied.
I picked up the spoon leaning in the bowl and put a spoonful of the stew in my mouth. "Yum!" I exclaimed, "it's delicious."
"Glad you like it," she said, taking a spoonful from her bowl and putting it in her mouth.
We continued to eat in silence. Occasionally, we'd glance at one another, but neither of us spoke. We both finished at about the same time.
"Well, I have to say, you are an excellent cook," I said, setting down my spoon in my empty bowl.
"Thank you!" she said taking the bowls and walking back up the the stairs.
"Wait!" I said, "don't leave me down here alone again."
She stopped for a second, "I'll be right back, I'm just going to set these in the sink."
"Okay," I replied, as she left the room.
