Third-person POV
3 long years later...
"Will you. bloody. wake. up!" Said Hermione hitting Aurelia with a pillow. It was the morning they were going to the quidditch cup. What they had been looking forward to all summer.
"No." groaned Aurelia as she rolled over, hitting Hermione with her pillow. She raised her eyebrows and then got up. "Fine, but only because we have something entertaining planned. Don't think you can wake me up this early every morning." Hermione nodded and then started walking out of the room.
"Hurry up. And don't get back in bed!" She hissed as she closed the door. Slowly Aurelia got out of bed and dragged herself to the bathroom, changing into her favorite maroon sweater and skirt. She brushed her hair and walked downstairs.
"Someone's tired," said Harry as Aurelia entered the kitchen.
"Oh piss off"
The Weasley children, plus Harry, Hermione, and Aurelia were sitting at the table eating breakfast when Mr. Weasley came running down the stairs. "C'mon kids, don't want to be late to the portkey"
"What's a portkey" asked Harry
"It's anything, the most random items, enchanted to bring anyone anywhere instantly," Aurelia told Harry as they walked out the door. She enjoyed his company a lot. During the summer they would write to each other almost every day. Aurelia would always get slight butterflies when she was with him, but she shoved them away. She turned and smiled at him, he looked cute. His hair was messy from the morning and his glasses slightly crooked on his nose. Stop it, Aurelia. He's just your best friend, and that's all he is, right?
ϟ
They arrived in a grove of trees after about thirty minutes of walking. "They should be here any minute" muttered Mr. Weasley. Seconds later a man walked up with a boy who looked to be his son. "Arthur!" the man shouted, shaking Mr. Weasley's hand. "This striking young lad must be Cedric, eh?" he asked his friend.
Aurelia and Hermione had noticed him from school, seeing him around the halls. He was very handsome. Cedric smiled at the two girls, making Harry scowl. Deep down inside him, he felt something. Anger, jealousy? He was mad that Aurelia had smiled and waved back. Why though?
ϟ
After lots of walking and talking, the Weasley's, Diggory's, Hermione, Harry, and Aurelia had finally made it to the portkey.
"Alright everyone, grab onto the boot," Said Arthur.
"What?" Harry asked
"Grab onto the boot!" Aurelia screamed as the blood started spinning. She grabbed his hand and placed it on the spinning boot just in time.
"Let go!" Mr. Weasley screamed.
"Are you crazy?" Said Ginny, who was gripping on for dear life.
"Just do it!" Yelled Fred.
They all let go, ending in a thud, on the ground.
Harry looked over to Aurelia who has next to him and helped her up. "Are you okay?" he asked her. She dusted off her skirt with her hand.
"Yeah, glad that bloody thing didn't rip me apart."
They started walking to their tent when Harry realized he and Aurelia were still holding hands. He quickly glanced and her and saw that she was admiring the field. It was beautiful, lush green grass covered with tents. But what was more beautiful, harry thought, was the girl standing next to him.
Sorry, this chapter isn't very exciting, I have more exciting things planned. I am trying to figure out a schedule for when I will publish a new chapter, so I will let you all know about that. I promise it will get SO much better later on.
