Another day. Another day of drama. Fuck, it sucks to be me. I went out of the bed and put on my house slippers. They say that the happiest moment of your life is the day that you were born but I guess they lied. I'm not anywhere near happy of being born. Yeah, sucks.

Bumaba na ako pagkatapos kung magsipilyo at magsuklay ng buhok ko. I'm on my 3rd year in college taking up Legal Management. My bestfriend Adi and I went to the same program which I am very much thankful for. She's my source of happiness and all my other friends. We're all actually on the same program. From high school all the way to college, they have been there with me. I am glad that even though happiness is not found in my own home at least I get to experience them outside with my friends.

"Good morning, Miss." The helper greeted me as I descended the stairs.

"Good morning. Did he left already?" The helper shaked her head. Oh, fuck. What a cool thing to start my morning. I went home last night because my dad texted me that he wanted to see me because it's been 2 months since he last saw my face. Yeah, he should just busied himself with his mistress. I prefer it that way.

I made my way to the dining room and saw my dad and his mistress having breakfast. Aww, sweet. I'm don't really have a good relationship with my dad since I think that he hates me because of what happened to my mom. It's not even my fault that they decided to have sex and get pregnant.

We just had the worst conversation before I last went here. I couldn't believe he's marrying me off to the sick bastard who thinks so highly of himself. I read the newspaper on the table and rolled my eyes when I read his name.

Lorenzo Kristofer: The Youngest Successful CEO in Asia

I was having my moment when my dad decided to speak. Ah, here we go again. In the count of three. One, two, three.

"How is it going with Kristof, Dayana?" He asked not even giving me a single glance.

"I don't know. Fine, I guess?" I shrugged.

"You must treat him nicely. He's your passport upon entering law school." He said.

Yeah, it sucks. I have to marry that dumbass just so I could finally be a lawyer. I decided to just accept my dad's offer since I can always file an annulment after. I just couldn't think anything that's easier for me to focus in law school. I really want this for myself, it's my dream. We're already engaged and no one knew except for my friends and family friends of both sides of the family. I really don't get it why their circle of friends like the idea of arrange marriage. I have to comfort my best friend and be there for her whenever she's drunk every night because her boyfriend decided to marry the daughter of his parents' friends. Unlikely, it's happening to me too.

I was busy drying my hair with the blow-dryer when my phone suddenly beeped.

From: Bastardo

What the hell. I rolled my eyes at his text and typed a reply. This bastard really loves playing games with me. What a way to start my day.
