A math class, half of the students are in their own world while the rest paying attention to the teacher. Our Yumi comes under the first half, she is in her own world dreaming about how she stumbled upon stray kids.

' Stray Kids "District 9" M/V ' A video suddenly popped in my YouTube recommendations caught my eyes because of the boy in the thumbnail who oddly gave me some familiar vibes to someoneI knew, "that's odd.. whats a kpop group doing in my fyp?" The question strikked across my mind as Ihaven't even watched any videos related to kpop.. Brushing off the question, i clicked on the video and it started playing, the rest is history.

"Lee Yu-mi!!" Mr.Lee, my maths teacher called out my name with the huge tint of annoyance in his tone, "yes?" I stepped out from my beautiful day dream just because of this ido- oh ya, I should never bad mouth my teacher- "WHERE IS YOUR ATTENTION AT!? COME AND SOLVE PROBLEM NUMBER 3 RIGHT NOW!" I am not deaf mister Lee, nevermind.
"Maths should learn how to solve their own problems, I have more than enough problems to deal with right now" She mumbled under his breath and that made a guy let out a chuckle, "what's so funny about this mister Ga ja-sung? You know what? YOU WILL BE SOLVING PROBLEM NUMBER 4!!" Oh no, the poor boy is getting punished for just expressing his emotions out a bit loud, "whatever!" Ja-sung lazily stood up and walked towards the black board and stood along with yumi to solve the problems of maths.
20 seconds later
"Done!" Yumi exclaimed while her eyes still scanning every tip of her answer making sure it's correct,"what the- must be a wrong answer!" The teacher scoffed while turning around to check the answer,"no way-" to his shock it was correct, he wore his glasses and checked again and the answer still remained the same, correct. "looks like we have another ace besides eunwoo in our class, students!" The teacher happily exclaimed, - "yumi is so genius!" - "Beauty and intelligence together!! Such an ace!" - "I am so jealous of her!!" - "please date me yumi!" Etcetera Etcetera were the reactions of students to it and there is ja-sung who simply smiled at the scene and when Yumi turned to him with a proud grin, he dropped his smile and replaced it with a scoffing face "stay jealous~" yumi teased ja-sung after they reached at their respective seats which was right next to eachother, "why would i ever be jealous of a panda-bear-bunny-human hybrid?"

Yumi was speechless on how he knew her nickname which was given to her by someone special "DON'T CALL ME THAT!" Yumi slammed both of her hands on the desk and ran away leaving the rest of the class including her teacher too stunned to even speak a word.
"He is dead and he is never returning! Accept it Yumi!" She scolded herself for getting hopeful again, she can't afford getting sad again, she has to accept it. He is gone and there is no coming back.. "Who is dead? and who is gone..?" A suddenvoice made Yumi shook "wha- WHO ARE YOU!?" Yumi questioned making the boy laugh "you don't know me? It's me your bestie from China, remember?" He smiled and pointed at himself
