as soon as val read the message he had just gotten, he turned his head around. his eyes widened out of pure shock, and he gasped loudly. he couldn't fucking believe it. stan just stood there, smiling at him and dressed in all black, acting like nothing ever happened. he was that weird guy who kept following val. it was him the whole time.

"are you surprised?" stan asked, still smiling. the other boy just nodded, no words would leave his mouth. "sorry for not reading your messages. but you know, instead i followed you."

"it's okay," finally val was able to speak. he was still confused why stan looked so happy, though. maybe he hated val so much that he wanted to see him jump, "i'm just glad you're here, and alive. can i hug you?" val was hoping that stan wouldn't decline.

"of course!" stan exclaimed, way too happy. he took a few steps forward, and opened his arms, "you can hug me as long as you want. we haven't seen each other in months." val smiled at this. he was about to hug his dear friend, when the boy in front of him put his right hand on val's chest, instead of putting both arms around his waist.

stan's smile slowly turned into a smirk, as he tilted his face, "what the fuck made you think i would forgive you that easily? you really thought you could tell me to kill myself, then apologize hours later, and that i'd tell you 'it's okay'? you really thought putting tulips on my door step twice would undo everything? fuck you. i hate you so much. you ruined my goddamn life. i never want to see you again. you are so fucking manipulative. you literally have anger issues. try getting professional help. oh, wait! you won't be able to do that when you're fucking dead." and then, he just pushed him off. he pushed val off the fucking building, and watched him fall.

"this is for killing my family on that day, and stabbing them over and over again."

the look on val's was more than worth it. he looked like stan on that day, just worse. god, he really hated that prick.
