Chapter 14 - Episode 5: Frayed - part 3

(Third POV) bathroom

"Come on..." Allison mutters, when she tries to thread the needle. "Okay. Okay, stay with me. Stay with me, okay? Stay with me." She then says, slightly shaking Scott. "I'm tired..." Scott says weakly, making Allison her eyes widen.

"Scott, just look at me, okay? Just keep looking at me." Allison says, before looking back down at her needle. "Come on... Come on... Come on..." she impatiently says, missing the needle every single time. "Unbelievable. One simple little task? You can't thread a needle?" Victoria says from beside her. "I'm trying." Allison says shakingly.

"What, you want my sympathy? Because you're just a seventeen-year-old little girl and this is all too much for you to handle? Well, get over it! Thread the needle." Victoria says mockingly, making Allison sigh. "My hands won't stop shaking..." Allison says quietly.

"Breathe, Allison. Breathe." Victoria says, kneeling beside her and putting a hand on Allison's shoulder. "Try it again." She then says firmly, making Allison try again. When she misses again, she groans. "AHHH!" she exclaims frustratedly.

"Okay. How do we approach a situation like this?" Victoria asks patiently. "ALLISON!" Victoria yells, making Allison swallow. "Clinically..." Allison stammers. "And?" Victoria asks, making Allison sigh. "And unemotional-and unemotionally..." she stammers. "Then stop crying and do it." Victoria says, making Allison close her eyes and sigh.

When she opens them again, she slowly grabs the needle and the thread, pulling the thread through the needle. When she sees that she is successful, she sighs in relief. "Stay with me. Stay with me." She says to Scott, sowing his wound closed.

When she is done, she sits back and looks at Scott expectantly. "Okay... Scott. Scott?" she asks, shaking him a little. She then leans forward and puts her ear near his mouth? She jerks back in fear when she hears that he isn't breathing. "SCOTT!" she yells sadly.

Suddenly Scott opens his eyes and takes a deep breath, making Allison sigh in relief. "...It's my fault." Scott says, making Allison shake her head. "Scott, look at me. It's okay." She says sadly. "Did you do that?" Scott then asks, looking down at his now closed wound. "Yeah..." she answers nervously. "Nice." Scott says impressed. "Can you stand?" Allison then asks, making him nod. "Okay, put this on." She says, giving him a new shirt.

(Third POV)

Flashback

Scott grabs his keys in a rush, before walking out of his house and towards his motorcycle. "Whoa..." Scott suddenly exclaims when Isaac appears in front of him out of nowhere. "Where are you going?" Isaac asks, making Scott nervously shrug his shoulders. "Uh, I was gonna go get some food to eat with Y/n..." Scott says, making Isaac smile.

"Oh, cool! I'll come with you." Isaac says, making Scott frown at him. "Nah, dude. It's okay. We can eat alone." Scott says, making Isaac frown at him. "What are you getting?" Isaac asks, making Scott frown. "Uh... Mexican...?" he says in an uncertain manner. At this, Isaac smirks. "Dude, I love Mexican." He says, making Scott grab his arm and hold him back. "Isaac, We can eat alone. It's okay." Scott says anxiously, making Isaac shrug his shoulders. "You and Y/n are not going alone. Come on." Isaac says, before getting on the back of his motorcycle.

At the bank, Y/n walks up to them. "What is he doing here?" she asks Scott confused, referring to Isaac. "He didn't want to let us go alone." Scott says, making Y/n nod. "Okay." She says, giving Isaac a small smile. "We're just gonna talk to him, okay? Try to reason with him. That's it, all right?" Scott asks, making Y/n nod at him. They then both look at Isaac, who has a frown on his face. "What?" Y/n asks confused. "Nothing. It's just that, uh... I'm actually kind of hungry now." Isaac says, making Scott smile. "So am I." he says. Y/n looks at the both of them with a confused frown. "What?..." She asks confused, following them inside.
