(Time Skip)

We stopped walking and saw huge bones sticking out of the Earth. We continued on and walked through the valley of bones. Mason took a couple of pictures on the way. We walked up the edge of the valley and saw an outland filled with bones with a horrible smell. But what got me was the huge skeletons of creatures like Kong. This was his parents graveyard.

"Yeah, you smell that?" Hank asked. "That's death."

"What the hell is this place?" Reg asked.

"This is a graveyard." I said. "The final resting place of Kong's parents."

"I've taken enough photos of mass graves to recognize one." Mason said.

"The crash site's just on the other side of this valley." The leader said. "We'll cross through and make it to the highest point West."

"Unh-unh." Hank said. "This place is a real no-no, sir. Especially for, her." Hank pointed at me. "She shouldn't even be on this side of the island."

"We need to be going to the North side right now." One of the men said.

"And you're welcome to do that, my man." The leader said. "By yourself. I'm not leaving Jack out there. Now, who's with me?"

"We can make it." Conrad said.

"You mighty right, we can make it." The leader said. "Now stay sharp. Keep an eye out." The leader walked on.

"I've only been here 28 years and she's been here since birth, what do we know?" Hank asked. I looked at Conrad.

"Conrad." I said. Heturned to me as the others walked ahead.

"I can't." I said, panicking. "I can't go down there. It's not safe here. Kong always told me that I should never come here. That the Skull-crawlers would find me!"

"Kala, it's gonna be fine." He said.

"No, it's not!" I said. "You don't get it! Kong found me on the West side of the island! Okay? My parents literally died a few miles away from here. If I go down there, I might never come out." I started hyperventilating.
