Reacting to: VK's past

Chapter 2/3

"Well the next chapter is just about who is there" Jay told them as he started to ramble up the names.

When Jay finished he smirked. "So I'm done Mal" Jay said as he smiled teasingly at mal. Mal only glared at him and stuck her young out at him causing Ben to chuckle at her and kiss her head. "Read Jay!" Mal demanded Jay was about to protest but quickly started reading after seeing the glare mal was sending him.

After deciding Mal said " so we will be showing you our past. It will be in this order from less bad to horrible. So the first will be  Gil, then Dizzy ,then Harry, then Uma, then Evie, then Jay , then Carlos, then lastly me, Celia and Hadie won't be there because their pasts were good, their pasts were not like ours" she stated.

Many people where relived to know that at least some of the kids had loving parents. And some looked angry and guilty. "Why didn't we take them of the isle" Belle thought. While Bens arms tightened around Mal. "Belle this is a book about them and not the truth. Maybe this didn't happen"

Everyone except Hades and Persephone laughed awkwardly and nervously thinking that how bad could Mal's past could be.

The exact same reaction some people in the room had.

But those two knew it was more than wretched.

"It's one way to describe it" mal  repeated.

It was horrible. Because of the cold hearted monster who called herself as her mother.

"She is your mother and you are just like her" Leah sneered earning a disapproving look from her daughter and a glare from the most people.

Then Evie said " Mal will use a spell so by that our memories will be shown to you, so now first is Gil." Gil stood up and walked to mal. Mal asked " ready?" Gil nodded his head. A little nervous Mal casted the spell and his memories started showing. 

Gil shuddered as he remembered his past.

Memories " Gil" Gaston shouted. A nine year old gil was shown who was on the pirates bay with uma and Harry. When Gil heard his father's voice he stopped what he was doing. Gaston walked over to him and slapped him really loudly.

Many people had wide eyes and didn't know why anyone would do that to their kid.

A red mark was seen to be forming on his face. Gaston again started shouting. " I told you to bring me food ,you rascal" shouted Gaston.

"That's not his job" Belle shouted as tears gathered in her eyes. Beast held her close and let her cry. "Is this the easiest.. it's already bad" Ben thought.

Gil stood there shaking. Gaston took him by his collar to their house and started beating him and calling him names. After the beating he left him there all bloody and bruised.

Beast's growl did not go unnoticed by the people in the room. It seemed to get louder as Jay read the chapter.

Later that day he was found by uma , Harry, mal and Jay who helped him to the pirates bay and patched him up with pieces of clothes.

"Why pieces of clothes?" Lonnie asked. " well we didn't really have anything else" Carlos explained as many people paled. "Didn't you have a doctor?" Lonnie asked only for her eyes to go wide as they shook their head.

Jay gave him some food to eat and some food to provide to his father.  This is the end of Gil's memory Everyone was silent. Belle looked upon the screen horrified.

Not that different from how Belle where looking at the book in Jays hand.

They didn't knew that the isle kids had this bad. Akhio said " it was really harsh" while some smaller children were trembling in horror.

"Why did we let the children see that" Uma thought with an inward frown.

Hades replied to him " you think think this is harsh? I've heard and seen Mal and Carlos screaming from 5 miles away. " He stated bluntly. Everyone was speechless or either horrified.

Again not to different from the emotions in the room.

Ben and Jane went towards their respective ones and hugged them tightly, letting them know that they were here for them. "It's okay" they both said to Carlos and Mal.

The two VK's smiled as they hugged their respective ones. Bens hand tightened even further if that was possible.

" So,Now we will see Dizzy's memories"said Evie to change the subject.

"Carlos you read next" Jay said as he handed the book to the white haired boy. The boy was going to protest but stopped as he saw Mal's glare.
