Over the last few months a couple of major things had happened in chloes life, being that, she took 3 months off social media, she hasn't talked to any of her friends for 2 months, she doesn't go out anymore and is overall back in a bad headspace.
The girl wouldn't admit it but she found it hard to even get out of bed in the morning and she wouldn't even eat.
Her comments on Instagram had been disabled and the hate had really gotten to her, she hasn't posted on YouTube for 4 months and she knew her subscribers would be worried as this is the longest break she's ever took.

Truth be told she was struggling and just wanted someone to talk to her, she couldn't find the motivation to even go on her phone. The first month away from social media she went to la and finally met avani and everyone, but in sav's and mias pov she was replacing them and they hadn't spoked to Chloe in 2 months. Declan really didn't know what was wrong with the girl but with his busy football schedule he hardly found time to check in on her and only left text messages asking if she was ok, to which she would not reply to.

Mason had texted and rang her multiple times over the last few months and all he would get was left on read or no reply at all. He was worried about her to say the least and had even tried to go round her apartment a couple of times but she wouldn't answer. He knew something was wrong and he needed to act fast to make Chloe happier or at least answer him, so he had taken it upon himself to try and get her to meet or text him.

Mason had been there when her mental health had gotten bad a few years ago and even back then it was hard for her, but he knew now it was even worse because she didn't have anyone around her anymore.

"Chlo it's me, can I come in?" Mason shouted from outside chloes apartment

"Its unlocked mase" he heard her reply her quietly.

He didn't know what to expect when he walked in, maybe rubbish everyone or food, but what he wasn't expecting was a sad Chloe in joggers and a hoodie lying down on the sofa. He hadn't taken in her appearance yet but the apartment was cold, indicating that the heating hadn't been on for awhile now.
Eventually he went over to the sofa and looked down at the girl, she was lying face down on the sofa so he couldn't see her face, but tissues were right beside her giving away the fact the young girl had been crying.

"Come on chlo, let me see your gorgeous face" he quietly whispered while bending down so he could pull her hood off,

She didn't say anything but sniffing was heard, meaning she could cry any minute. She didn't like to cry in front of people, she thought it was a weak thing to do but in this moment she was completely vulnerable to him. Mase didn't say anything he just proceeded to move some of her newly dyed hair behind her ear.

"Hey come here" he quietly whispered down to the girl

This was the first time Chloe made eye contact with him and he could see how upset and broken she was in that moment, her eyes were red and tears were running down her rosy cheeks. Truth be told he felt heartbroken seeing the girl like this and never liked it when she felt depressed. Eventually he sat down next to her and picked her up so she was straddling him.

"I'm so sorry mase" and in that moment she broke down, feeling utterly overwhelmed and scared. She didn't want to look up at him so she buried her head into his neck and clung onto him tightly, while tears poured down her face and she cried her heart out.

"Hey hey hey, it's ok Chlo. You don't have to apologise for anything" he said while slowly rubbing her back and wiping her tears away.

The pair didn't say anything else after that, just mason whispering sweet to nothing things in chloes ear while the girl tried to calm herself down.

"You okay now?" Mason gently said while the girl pulled away from his neck as she had slowly stopped crying,

" I think so" she quietly mumbled while avoiding eye contact at all cost, scared she would start crying again

"Hey look at me" he said while moving the girls head so she would look at him

"I don't want too"

"Why not" he said while still trying to get the girl to look at her

"Because you're mad at me" this made the boy laugh, as he could never stay mad at the girl for longer than 10 minutes,

"I'm not mad at you chlo, I was worried about you, heck I still am" when he said this the girl finally looked into his eyes and he got to properly look at her. He could easily see she hadn't been sleeping well as the bags under her eyes were visible, but even though she thought she looked awful he still found her beautiful in ways that couldn't be explained.

"How about me and you take a walk, it doesn't have to be long just around the block, yeah?" He asked hoping she would say yes, as he thought she needed fresh air.

"Ok, but let me get my shoes" she said as she slowly stood up not wanting to get dizzy.
