Silence fell in the car, until Jay spoke up.
– I don't know, just keep driving until we spot a place that would be safe for us, and much far away.
Heeseung and Ni-ki felt like it was the last time that they had been in their city. Like if they couldn't come back.
Jake must wonder where I am, Heeseung thought, holding the steering wheel harder.
Ni-ki had a sad look on his face, he kinda understood what it felt like too. These past few months, he was always hanging out with Taki, playing games, talking, having fun and having...sex. He knew Taki had feelings for him, and Ni-ki knew he had feelings for him too, but he was still scared to show it because the last time he tried, he got rejected.
Ni-ki looked behind him, watching Jungwon who was looking at Jay's face without him noticing. He was happy to see that Jungwon had finally find back his lover. It felt like all of this was impossible, Jay coming back just like Jesus did, like... How the fuck?
His eyes went on Jay, he looked the same as before, except maybe more manly and with brown hair. He had a slit on his eyebrow, making him look more badass in Niki's opinion.
Suddenly, Jungwon coughed, making Jay flinch and hold his face in panic.
– Are you okay? Jay asked.
Heeseung looked at them through the rearview mirror.
– I just- I need food, Jungwon said.
Indeed, Jungwon's lips were all dry, he looked very dehydrated.
– Let's stop at the next fast-food restaurant we see okay? We'll all eat, Jay said.
Ni-ki smiled, he was hungry too and he knew that Heeseung was probably too.
– There's a McDonald right there, Heeseung said pointing to it.
