A Beautiful, Stary Night

Such a beautiful night
Out of reach yet not out of sight
How I long to be up there
But instead, I remain on the ground to stare
The colors in the sky, the stars shinging bright
They give off the most wonderous and mysterious sight
They seem like tiny bulbs, fluttering in the sky
And occasionally, one flies right by
Many nights they shine, brighter than the sun
And every night I watch them, looking on as they have fun
I wish to be like them
High above the ground
But here in this cold, dark prison
I am bound
