When I saw Michael's corpse I wanted to vomit. He was face down and pale, he had a stab in the back. I saw the blood on theground, it seemed that he had been there for a long time. Marc had the face of having been weeks doing a job that had completely destroyed. Michael was his best friend since childhood. They had been together since they were 3 years old.
Suddenly, Marc collapsed and fell to the ground I tried to sit him down and I called the police and an ambulance When they arrived, they found Marc passed out. I was pale. I took us a while to recover. Then they took Michael away, they told us that he had bled to death from a stab in the back.
The police started to interrogate us, but Marc was speechless. They asked him several questions, but he did not answer. They asked him if he had had any problem with someone at school and he remembered the group of boys from the school he had mentioned before at the party. Those guys had threatened to kill them, but he didn't think it could come true.
My friend Kenia phoned me and she asked me if something serious had happened. I told her that Michael had died. She was shocked, she started to ask me a lot of questions very quickly. I promised her me to tell her everything as soon as we met and then I hung up because Marc was wrong and he needed me.
The police asked me if I had seen something strange, but I told them that I had not seen anything. However, it was clear that something had happened at Marc's house when I left. I also had many questions.
When the police finished, they offered me to take me home, but I refused their offer. I wanted to be alone, so I walked slowly to home. I started crying, I remembered perfectly Michael's corpse... Who could have done that atrocity? When I arrived home, I saw something on the doormat.
