Danny x Drew x Kurtis triangle

It was morning. The roosters started singing and it woke up kurtis. He sat up in his bed and realized he had a massive headache and felt exhausted.

He went downstairs and saw drew snoring on the couch. He thought that danny was probably in the other room.

"Drew get up its 2pm" kurtis said shaking drew lightly.

"no i hate school..." drew mumbled and turned to the other side.

"So do I but we are 26 and dont go to school." Kurtis said, now shaking him more aggressively.

Drew finally woke up and looked around frantically. He then fell back down on his pillow and held a hand over his head, complaining how it hurt.

After a while of kurtis and drew complaining about their headaches, danny came down the stairs.

"How are you guys up before me?" Danny asked sitting on a chair next to kurtis while drew was laying down in front of them. They both shrugged.

"I was awake at like 6am i just didn't want to get up." Kurtis said and danny nodded.

"alright so if both of you are okay im gonna make some breakfast and you guys just hang out here." danny said leaving for the kitchen.

"Soo what drugs did you take?" drew asked kurtis.

"I dont know actually just some random stuff some guy gave me."  Kurtis shrugged and sat up on the couch. Drew sat right next to him so their legs were touching. Neither of them would admit how much they liked that.

"So how much did you drink?" Kurtis asked Drew.

"After like 4 beers and a bunch of shots i dont really remember." he laughed. Kurtis laughed with him and put his head on drews shoulder. That took drew by surprise but he ignored it and decided to enjoy the moment. They were both hungover and happy to be fine and alive the nexxt day.

"I MADE EGGS!" danny yelled from the kitchen while approaching the living room. Kurtis and Drew jumped away from each other.

Danny put the breakfast in front of them and sat down next to Kurtis with his plate so that Kurtis was in between Danny and Drew.

They ate their breakfast and then heard really loud knocking on their door.

"POLICE OPEN UP! DREW GOODEN STEP OUT OF THE HOUSE!" they yelled

The three boys were really confused but they slowly got up and went to the door. Drew was the one to open it.

The police officers grabbed him and handcuffed him. "You have the right to remain silent." one of them said.

"Wait whats going on?" Danny asked. Kurtis stared at the scene in front of him not believing what's happening. He always knew cops were fucked up.

"Yea drew didnt do anything." Kurtis said walking closed towards drew and the officer holding him.

"Sir if you dont step back we'll have to take you in too." Another cop said to Kurtis.

"No fuck you let our friend go!" Danny yelled and grabbed drew by the arm and dragged him next to him, out of the cops grasp.

"LET HIM GO OR WE SHOOT!" The cop yelled and pulled out a pistol.

Danny was surprised but didnt let go of drew.

"Danny let him go we'll sort it out please." Kurtis said, not wanting danny to get hurt.

"NO! EXPLAIN WHATS GOING ON!" Danny yelled angrily. He wasn't having any of this bullshit.

"LET HIM GO OR WE SHOOT AND YOU DONT GET TO LIVE TO SEE AN EXPLANATION!" Another cop shouted.

"DANNY LET HIM GO WE'LL FIGURE OUT PLEASE" Kurtis yelled.

"I SUGGEST YOU LISTEN TO YOUR FRIEND." the cops continued.

"DANNY STOP JUST LET ME GO DONT GET YOURSELF GET HURT FOR NO REASON." Drew finally said something. he would've said anything earlier but he was to taken aback by everything.

Because even drew didnt know what was going on or why he was getting arrested. I guess cops really are bastards.

But before anyone had time to say anything, they all heard a gunshot. It was loud and deafening. Danny was expecting the worst while drew just shut his eyes quickly.

Kurtis jumped in front of the two trying to shield them. After what felt like an hour, they opened their eyes and looked around.

No one was shot.

"That was the last warning." the cop said calmly, pointing to a whole behind them that was a couple of inches to their left.

Kurtis stepped back and Danny finally let Drew go. The cops put Drew in the back of their car and drove away.

"what the actual fuck" Kurtis sighed sitting down on the ground, needing rest after the really stressful situation they were just in.

"I dont know. lets go down to the police station." Danny said, reaching out his hand to kurtis for him to get up.

Kurtis took Danny's hand and got up. Danny didn't let go though. I guess neither of them wanted to. Kurtis was surprised how warm dannys hand was, but he didn't complain.

"Hey uh.. even though that bullet wasn't meant to shoot us thanks for trying to risk your life to save us." Danny said, tightening his grip on Kurtis' hand and smiling.

"Yea i would never let anything happen to you." Kurtis smiled back. "Uh and Drew of course." He added awkwardly.

Danny stepped closer to Kurtis and hugged him. Kurtis didn't know how to react at first but then he hugged him back tightly.

"I love you buddy" Kurtis said. It was a normal thing to say to a friend. But to Kurtis it meant so much more. This was the only way he could say it without it being weird.

"Yea love you too." Danny said, still hugging him. This made him even more confused about the feelings he had for his two friends.

If anyone else saw this going down they wouldn't think anything was straight about it honestly. But the boys still thought the other one was straight, somehow.

"Lets go to the station." Kurtis said pulling away after a long, 'friendly' , hug. Nothing fruity about it.
