vinnie is your boyfriend.
it's currently 2 am at night and you and vinnie are cuddled up on his bed, sleeping. suddenly vinnie wakes up needing to go to the toilet. he looks at you before placing a kiss on your cheek and slowly gets up to go to the toilet.
Y/N'S POV:
i wake up, breathing heavily and feeling panicked. i just had the worst nightmare ever. i frantically look around for vinnie but i can't see him anywhere. i grow more and more panicked. 'v-vinnie' i whimper 'vinnie wh-where are you?' tears start forming in my eyes. 'please vinnie i'm scared please'
VINNIE'S POV:
i am washing my hands when i hear slight movement coming from the bedroom. probably y/n shifting around in her sleep. i continue washing my hands when i then hear slight whimpers 'vinnie wh-where are you?' i hear. y/n. guilt washes over me. 'please vinnie i'm scared please' i hear. my heart melts. i feel terrible. i quickly rush to the room and see my beautiful girlfriend looking frightened with tears in her glossy eyes. as soon as she sees me she hold her arms out. i run to her and hug her tight. i get into the bed and lay her head on my chest and stroke her hair while she sobs and whimpers quiets. 'shh baby it's ok i'm right here don't cry my darling, i'm here i'm right here' i whisper
'v-vinnie' she whimpers 'i-i'm scared'
'don't be scared princess, i'm with you' i kiss her forehead
'i- i had a-a nigh-nightmare' she sobs
'i'm sorry baby for leaving you' i rub her back 'what happened in the nightmare?' i ask her
's-someone was ch-chasing me. a c-creepy man' she stutters
'i would never let that happen to you baby. and it was just a bad dream there's no bad man here, just me and i will never ever even think of hurting you'
'i- k-know but i'm still s-scared. what if there is a bad man hiding in the cl-closet' she sobs
'babe' i chuckle slightly 'look, i'll check in the closet ok?'
she nods and i get up walking over to the closet and open it so she can see.
'see no one's here princess, don't be scared'
'o-okay'
i walk over to the bed and get in. she sprawls on top of me, her arms wrapped around my neck and my arms around her waist.
'i love you' i whisper in her ear
'i love you too' she mumbles, before drowsing off to sleep
