Part 14

The next day, chaeyoung woke up with a severe headache. She stayed at her penthouse for the night after what happened last night. She has informed her mother that she was in the city for a business meeting and assured her that she is fine where in fact she is not.

Chaeyoung feels lonely and at the same time hurt and angry at the situation she is in. She don't want to be mad and upset at Mina but her heart won't let her. She knew she needs to feel this so that she can move on. As she starts to prepare for her day, she never checks Mina's messages or miscalls as she dont want to speak to her at the moment.

She called tzuyu up to pick her and drive her to the office as she informed her bestfriend that she is not feeling well to drive.

10 o'clock in the morning when tzuyu arrived at chaeng's penthouse and she proceeded to see the cub. The cub is looking as always extremely beautiful although her eyes are really tired.

Tzuyu came up and greeted her bestfriend..

"Hey chaeng! Wow you look so handsome! What happened? You look so tired?" Tzuyu worriedly said as she hugs the younger cub. Chaeng reciprocates the hug and greet back the taller one.

"Thanks tzu for picking me up, my head really hurts me today so i really cant drive for our meeting. If it's not that important i might cancel it but i can't." She said.

Tzuyu touch chaeng's forehead and it was burning hot! That's why she is having the headache.

"Uhmm chaeng! Your feverish! Oh gosh what did you do at the beach huh? You cant go on a meeting like this babe, you need to rest"  tzuyu worriedly said.

Chaeng disagrees with the thought and insisted to go to work. Chaeng knew she needed to be distracted soon.

"No tzu, i already took a medicine, for sure it will go down in a bit and i dont wanna stay on bed doing nothing so,let's go"

"But chaeng, you might get dizzy and all, please just this once babe.listen" tzuyu pleaded but chaeng refused.

"Tzu,let's go. Im gonna be fine. Bring all the medicines with you at the office and i will take them okay? I will rest at the office as soon as i finish the meeting" chaeng said.

Tzuyu holds chaeng on her arms as they went to her car and drive chaeng to her office. Tzuyu was really worried for her bestfriend but knowing how stubborn chaeyoung is, she knew she wouldnt win. As they reach their office, tzuyu called the office nurse and allowed chaeng to be check. Indeed chaeng was having a fever, maybe it's cause by her stress and other activities she is doing. The company nurse advice her to rest for a day or two until her body would recover.

After the check up at their office, tzuyu couldnt stay long to watch for chaeng as she needs to see the other company she and chaeng manage. Tzuyu called chaeng's body guards and personal driver to watch over chaeng.

"Hey cub, after your meeting..uhmm im sending your driver and your guards to send you back to your pent house to rest. Is that alright? Your butler will be there for your food and stuff and i will visit you as soon as i finish our problem in the other company." Tzuyu said as she hug the younger one.

Chaeng holding her head agreed on the arrangement tzuyu made. I mean she couldnt argue on her bestfriend as she knew how strict tzuyu is. She loves this side of tzuyu anyway.

After the taller girl bid her goodbye to the cub. The cub proceeded immediately to the conference room, where she would meet her other investors privately. The meeting lasted for an hour and chaeyoung was barely surviving the meeting. She otherwise pretended to be alright in front of the investors but deep inside she is hurting physically and emotionally. She cant think straight and good to know that her secretary is so wise and intelligent to mingle and have the arrangements. After the meeting, she went back to her private office, to prepare to leave. As she enters her office weakly, she saw the person who brokes her heart last night, standing beautifully on her semi formal attire waiting for her. It was the first time she saw Mina on her business suit,and she looks extremely beautiful.
