The woman on the phone wasn't lying, the ambulance got here very quickly. Thankfully. When they got Mary and Granny into the Ambulance, I forced the doctors, or drivers, to let Peter and I come to the Hospital with them in the car. And they said, "Well, how else would you get there, dear?" When the nice woman said that she looked over at the car stuck into the tree.

"Oh, yeah." The pain in my voice was intense but it feels, well, not right to hide it. It hurts inside. Actually everything hurts, especially my heel. I told the docter or nurse about my heel and she said I had to come with them, then.

I was on the Ambulance truck sitting on one of the side seats, they put a pillow under foot and were treating Peter because he lost a lot of blood from his nose. I noticed I wasn't wearing my red hood. Ugh. It was hanging on a hanger next to the back door. I tried to get up but the nurse caught me and told me to sit down. I started to feel different, like a familiar stranger was trying to push itself out, then I had a thought, Its the wolf, Red, put your hood on.now... I have to get that hood, now. I struggled to get up because if I didn't we'd get into another crash. I pushed myself up and ignored the nurse and ran right over,(more like limped fast), to the hanger and grabbed my hood.

Whew, I almost wolfed out. Oh no. "Ahhhhh!" I yelled in pain and agony, "Open the dang door!" I said while moaning. My bones were aching and popping out. Then, my vision was changing, it was like, like a dog's, I heard shreiking and yelling but I couldn't understand over the loud noise that came out of my mouth. Then the back door opened to the woods, and with courage and instinct, I jumped out, then I heard Peter yelling my name and more howling, Granny? Granny? I tried to say something but nothing came out.

Red, I am so sorry. Then I heard something in my head that sounded like, I made a mental gasp, it was Granny! This is what we wolves call Mind Link. She paused, Peter, he followed us. No!

No! That can't be right! Then I looked back and there was Granny and I followed her gaze, standing there, sure was a terrified Peter. Oh God, no, but I was not intrigued by the smell of his flesh. Granny I don't want to eat him, why?

Did you guys Imprint? What? No.

No! We didn't even kiss! I linked.

Honey, you don't have to kiss someone to Imprint them. You have to connectYou and Adem didn't connect 'cause it, it wasn't meant to be. I'm sorry. When she said that, I started to cry, or whimper. Then I thought of my Mom, I howled out loud. And whimpered even harder.

When I was little I broke my arm and had to get a shot, I remembered the doctor asked me what my pain was from one to ten, I said nine. I said nine 'cause I was waiting for a worse pain. This was my ten, I didn't wait too long. So much pain in the last two weeks. I continued to howl and yell. Then, I heard a distant howl, his or her's voice was very familiar...Mom?
