Lucy Heartfilia lies in the dirt.

She didn't even bother to move.

Her whole body was stained with blood and her view was becoming blurry.

The last thing she heard was a shout.

Despaired, confused, angry.

"LUCY!"

[Throwback]

Lucy sat at her usual spot at the bar drinking her favourite milkshake when the guild doors flew open. Her teampartner, Natsu Dragneel, literally all fired up, ran over to her, his blue cat following right behind him.

"Luce let's do a job!" the pink haired approved the girl. She sighted "Natsu, what's up with you? You didn't want to take a job the whole week, but now you do?" the blonde asked critically.

Scratching his head Natsu slowly answered "Well I didn't feel like doing one..." Lucy looked at him.

He wasn't blushing, was he?!

No probably just her immagination. "Well I need money soo..." that was everything Natsu needed to hear, he grabbed her hand and ran out to catch their train, Happy following behind with Lucys bagpack.

Even though Natsu was about to barf when he saw the train, he didn't even try to run away like he always does.

Yes he was definetly behaving weirder than usual but Lucy tried to ignore this fact.

"Whats the quest about anyway?" She asked as the got on the train. Natsu just handed her the paper because he was already white in the face.

They sat down in an empty compartment, Natsu next to Lucy and lied his head down in her lap. The blonde blushed a bit, luckily Happy didn't notice or else he would have made fun about the two.

The cat sat down and explained the quest. For such an short animal he sure wasn't silly "We have to catch a witch" "What a witch?!" Lucy asked stunned.

Sure she had heard and read about witches but she never met one herself. In the magic world of fiore they were a legend, like Dragons.

Speaking about Dragons, the pink haired in her lap started to make weird barf sounds. Lucy used her free hand to slowly stroke his hair to make him feel better.

"Yea a witch she cursed the mayor if the city." Happy went on. "Somebody saw it. And now the mayor won't wake up as if he is in a deep sleep." "so the best will be to ask this perosn who saw it out first."

After leaving the train Natsu slowly started to get his normal face colour again.

The city was more like a big village, there were so many trees and flours, Lucy admired it. "We should search for a Hotel room to stay first" Natsu said.

They walked through the city and found out by asking a villager that there was only one hotel there called 'Floomoon'.

Froum the outside the hotel looked really nistalguc and even inside everything was clean and in an old style.

"We need two hotel rooms" started the blonde. "Oh what a pity, we only have one free room, around this season many tourists come into this city." said the woman at the entrace. "One is totally fine, am I right Lucy?" appeared the pink haired behind his partner.

Lucy sighted and blushed a bit, but in the end she agreed to Natsu. What could happen after all, even in Magnolia they practically shared a bed.

(Lucy POV)

This is bad. Really bad. Like I think I'm going to explode anytime now. But to explain it:

My best friend and partner Natsu Dragneel lied beside me, his arms around my waist hugging me like a teddy bear.

Since it was already evening we decided that we should get some sleep befor tomorrow. But this fucking hotel room only had one bad and no couch at all. And even if I couldn't just let him sleep at the floor.

So here we are I don't know how it happend but during the night we somehow landed in this position.

Not to forget Happy who was lying at our feet, sleeping peacfully. But my problem was that I couldn't get free. Natsus arms were like a cage and I can't sleep like this.

I mean after all he's a BOY.

After some struggle later I was facing his bare chest. God my face was heating up so much-probably becaude if his warm body temperature I mean...I'm not attracted to Natsu or something...at least I hope.

But after all his warmth was so comforting. And suddenly sleeping was so easy.

(Natsu POV)

I woke up as the early sunlight hit my face.

And when I wanted to strech I noticed it. My blonde best friend sleeping like an angel in my arms.

In the sunlight her hair even seemed golden. Noticing that my face started to heat up I quickly turned it away from Lucys beautiful features.

God this problem is serious. But after all this is what I wanted wasn't it? The plan was working perfectly, but what do I expect from Mira, Levi and Mavis.

Those three promised me that at the end of this week Lucy will have fallen for me. I clenched my fists and looked back at my friend.

God what am I even doing. After all I can win thousands of battles, but there was no way that Lucy would ever fall for me.

Suddenly the blonde stretched. Shit she was waking up but befor I could pretend that I was sleeping her brown eyes opend. And looked straight into mine.

The next thing was that I was lying on the floor, Happy laughing and Lucy shouting angrily. Well the and day has only started.
