I woke up and said to myself. "This might not be as bad as I thought".
So I wore the outfit that I put together last night. I brushed my teeth, put my hair in a bun and put my veil on.
I was not ready. Its not only the first day of high school, but its the first day I wear my veil.
So I went down stairs to the kitchen and ate breakfast. While eating breakfast my mum came down stairs making coffee and putting it in her travel mug for work.
While she was making coffee she said "You'll be fine. "When I first wore the hijab I was about 12 years old, and you won't even notice it's their", said my mum. She kissed my forehead and headed out the door.
While eating breakfast I went on my iPhone and checked Instagram.
"Wow"! These girls have beautiful hair, their lucky they can show it to people.
I took a picture of me in my veil and posted it on Instagram. "I guess I'll see the results when I get home".
