Harry was spending time with his family when a Patronus came from luna, her voice made it seem like she was in shock, the Patronus said"Harry there is a woman in the room where my mom used to make potion when today I went to meet dad I went inside that room because I heard a noise I check and found that women I have taken her to the ministry come quick"

Harry quickly got up and changed and flooed to his office where he saw luna crying and hugging Neville and as soon as she saw Harry she ran towards him and hugged him. Neville didn't mind because he knew luna was like a sister to harry. Harry calmed Luna down and asked one of a co-worker to get him Veritaserum so he can test her  but when he was about to test he got a letter from Hogwarts and his parents stating that there are people who look like his grandparents at Hogwarts and at his aunt petunia's house Harry quickly sent a Patronus to his mother telling her to go there with the potion and check if it was really her parents while he checks Mrs Lovegood and sent another Patronus to Professor McGonagall telling her to send his other set of grandparents to the Ministry. 

Harry started asking questions to Mrs Lovegood with Luna  in the same room and as he finished and told Luna she was her mother, He soon received a Patronus from his mother telling him it was his Grandparents and just then his other set of grandparents came from the floo and as soon as grandmother saw Harry she ran towards him and hugged him."James why are you in the Auror department" " Sorry to tell you that but I am not James but I know for a fact that I look like him but I am totally different person but yes but I can tell you that you are connected to me somehow but I won't tell you how before you take this because I just want to check if you are the person or you are pretending to be them"

Soon it was proved that they were his grandparents Harry quickly cast a Patronus to his mother telling his mother to bring his maternal grandparents to his house. While he brought his paternal grandparents home and soon came his maternal grandparents and then he explained to his paternal and maternal grandparents about who he is. "Hi, Grandpa Fleamont and Evans and Grandma  Euphemia and Evans  I am your Grandson Harry James Potter I look like your son James and my eyes resemble your daughter  Lily, I  am 27 years old and I have a wife name Ginnevera Molly Potter nee Weasley but as she hates the name Ginnevera she goes by Ginny and she isn't currently home as she has gone to visit her family with our kids. Before I tell you the names of my kids  I will explain to you few things which are you are back from dead and before I explain to you anything I know that when you died there was a war going on and it was ended by me when I was just a year old a prophecy was created saying that the one born on the end of June will be equal to defeat the dark lord and which caused my parents to go into hiding to protect but unfortunately the guy they chose as their secret keeper worked for the dark lord and gave him the place of my parents which cause them to die and miss 26 years of my life but just like you they came back and yes there was a second war which was also ended by me killing Voldemort by his killing curse and yes I am the only person alive who has survived the killing curse,  The recent prophecy stated that anyone who died during both wars will come alive who died for the good side Before I Forget you are once again going to be grandparents because when mom died she was pregnant with twins so with her my siblings even came to life, and not only that as i said earlier you are great grandparents to my kids whose names are James Sirius Potter i named him after my father and my godfather  as you must haven known them and he  is 6 years old and lives up to his namesake  then i have my second born Albus Severus Potter ,I named him after two headmasters of Hogwarts and he is 4 years old and Lastly my lovely daughter Lily luna Potter who my wife has named after my mom and one of our friends as she was close to her and she is 3 years old other that them I have a godson Edward Remus Lupin  Potter  and we all call him Teddy, he is the son of my fathers friend Remus and his wife Nymphadora they died in the second war just when their son was 2 months old and then soon the mother of his wife died who was taking care of Teddy as the death eaters where trying to get to me and soon when i was of age i adopted him that made him both Lupin and Potter and he is currently he is 10 years old. "

Once Harry explained everything he called his parents and godparents down so that they could meet them and soon Ginny and the kids came back Harry explained everything to his kids and his wife and as Harry was living in one of the properties of potters so he had enough space for all of them.
