Here's a delicious healthy and easy-made smoothie for that afternoon bust of energy.

What you need:
•2 whole bananas
•2 cups of ice
•1/3 cup of yogurt ( preferably Greek)
•1/2 cup of cooked oatmeal
•1/3 cup of almonds

What to do:
>Pour all ingredients into a blender
>Pour the ice last
>Blend for a high of 30 mins
Or until smoothie thickens
