About a week after New Years, Nico and Will sat on the porch of the big house, bickering like usual. The sky was dark, and there were a million stars out.

Even though it was late, Will was sipping lemonade. "Nico, how much sleep did you get last night?"

   "Hm? Oh, I'm not sure."

Will glared at him. "I know that you know how much sleep you got."

Nico sighed and rolled his eyes. "Fine. Like 2 and a half, maybe?"

Will set his drink down and let out a long breath. "Nico. You need to sleep, okay?"

   "I can't."

"Hey, I know it's hard. But you have to sleep. Sleep is very important."

"Says the guy who almost passed out in the infirmary because he didn't sleep for 48 hours in a row." Nico remarks.

"Hey! I have a very important job! I'm the primary medic for this camp, and I can't rest until I know that everybody is safe."

"Well-" Nico was cut off my something in the distance. "Will, what's going on over there?"

The 2 boys both saw 2 figures stumble out of the woods. One was a teenage boy with brown hair and acne wearing a Led Zeppelin shirt, and the other was a short girl with a pageboy haircut and glasses. The older boy said something to a couple of people who were sitting around the campfire, and then he passed out. The girl tried to stop him from falling, and a couple of campers helped keep him from falling over.

   "What was that?" Nico said.

Will shook his head. "I don't know, but that guy needs medical attention. Stat."
