"Job kreingay araam se graduation k baad,  Abhi chal chai peete hain"

Hey little fellas' and grown up ones,  I hope you all will be doing fine.

"Haan na arha hun chalte hain"

Thats how 18 years newly adult jumped onto the back seat of his friend's bike.

Just think for a second why did I mentioned the age here. Because this is the age we all must have thought the lines written right at the start.

Ever wondered why do we symbolize the GOOD JOB pscychi so much and yet don't let our youngsters prepare for it.

Araam se job karna abhi parhlo

This stereotype has destroyed many emotions of our society.

THE AGE 17-18 is the worst part of ones life and beautiful part of others'.
It is the age where average student strives to get admission in finest university of the city and sharp student earns his place in the university that is his parents' dream.

This parents' dream university has lead many devastations afterwards. The kid loves the BIG TAG of university behind his bag for his lavishing 4 years journey without even knowing the actual meaning of his field.

Where goes an average student then?

"CHAI NAE AAI ABHI TAK AJEEB"

Just got distracted sorry. An average student after getting continuous rejections from top universities gets an admission somewhere and started doing something that could have him timely earning for his 4 years.

Let's compare the two. A guy in re-knowned university basically thinks that he will be earning 50-60k straight after passing out as guided by the senior and the professor

"BOHAT SCOPE HAI YAR"

Imagine no odd jobs,  not additional stuffs just waiting for the fortune to take him to the epics of glory.

Coming on to the boy from average university. This dis hearted little boy has left his ambitions of GOOD JOB and is now stretching himself with odd jobs, tutions, internships and many other stuffs. Because he has always eared the noises saying

"KIYA KAROGAY YE PARH K"

After 4 very fascinating and very simple years of two different kinds of human. They both stand very still for the jobs after being graduated. One is highly ambitious (aap jante hain konsa wala hai ye) and one is silently praying for a miracle.

"KAL INTERVIEW HAI,  KAM SE KAM 50, 000 KI DEMAND KARNA, ITNI PARHAI KI HAI"

"KAL INTERVIEW HAI,  DUA HAI K BAS JOB HOJAYE SALARY BHALAY JITNI BHI HO"

Mentioning the two different sides aspiring to get the job in same industry.

After extremely technical interview the 50000 boy was more contending to earn the place yet the non ambitious one gets the job.

Come lets think why? The answer lies within the story. Why would a company hire an employee who only has theoretical knowledge and doesn't know basic alphabets of work ethics and pay him 50K also?

The guy gets a job on 22000 because he wasn't standardizing the salary anywhere and this just because of those odd jobs he did before coming into professional life. He knew that a company wants a machine who could work.

Normalize the odd jobs. Just don't help your son to sleep in AC for his 4 years. Let him dirty down his hands so that when he wash them off with his first salary. He could feel that paper.
